Comfort Inn & Suites and Conference Center

There's so much I absolutely loved about this hotel.
#1- animal friendly (huge in my book)
#2-friendly staff. Everyone was absolutely amazing, and I had a few issues when I first got there, and everyone was so helpful.
#3- the Jacuzzis room is worth every penny.
#4- bennigans will deliver to your room.
# 5- early check-in and late check out.
My only recommendation would be more towels in the jacuzzi room, which you obviously can ask for. You can tell the hotel itself could use some remodeling, and I did have some issues with keys working, but staff was so helpful that they definitely didn't lose a star over it and fixed the issue so quick like I was a priority.

Check-in was fast and efficient. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The elevator was fast. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and polite. Granting my extremely late checkout with a smile. The conference room was a short indoor walk from my room, about a 1 minute walk. I look forward to my next stay at The Comfort Inn & Suites and Convention Center.

The experience met my expectations and I did not had any interuptions or inconveniences. The rooms were very accomodating and provide adequate space. A good place to rest for a day or two when heading for an event.

Amazing hotel! This place is pristine. It is great for those who are going to attend one of the football games or just for staying. The lobby is super nice, very clean, with lots of windows and light. The pool and rooms are also great. Will attach some photos.

I checked in, a wonderful clerk named Ashley made some changes I requested, extremely helpful!! She was a shining star that demonstrated great examples of customer service,and hospitality.

Super clean, quiet, and comfortable. Used the gym and the pool. Both very nice. Lovely beds. Good sized rooms.

We stayed here for a wedding because we didn't want to drive home intoxicated (responsible adults, lol). The rooms were clean and it was just a standard room. The location is perfect if you want to stay for a football game as Kelly Short stadium is right next door. The front desk associates were friendly. If we needed to do it all over again I would stay again.

Better than your average Comfort Inn. I was pleasantly surprised. Hot breakfast was pretty good.

I was at a train show at this place. It was very nice as far as I could tell.

One of the nicest Comfort Inns I have stayed in! Courtyard area is nice, pool area is large, hot breakfast, and good service. I am relocating to Mt. Pleasant and will be recommending this hotel to people visiting me.

Great rooms, it was clean and fresh! Very nice meeting space. The pool looked so inviting I wished I had a suit! Best breakfast sausage ever!!

Beautiful facility! 2 courtyards. The pool was clean and comfortable. My husband enjoyed the workout room. There is NO hot tub. Breakfast was delicious and ample w an assortment of juices, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, yogurts, etc.
Very quiet!😊 We were there for a 2 day training and the conference facility is very nice.

The banquet area was lovely and well maintained. The banquet employees were very attentive and continually working. I attended the "Salute to Working Women" event, which was packed full. It was a very well used area, not anytime was an area unattended or unexceptional.

After a poor experience at another local hotel we ended up booking with Comfort Inn. The front desk was MORE than accommodating. We had two dogs and the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was wonderful. Will definitely stay when we come back into town.

This hotel is extremely clean and the staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable and pleasant! Great venue for a conference or meetings! Highly recommended!

The customer service sets this place apart from EVERY other hotel. Food is always delicious and fresh. Nice clean rooms and any issues are handled immediately. I have been coming here for 8 years. Super close to shopping, restaurants, CMU campus and lots of other stuff to do nearby. Love this place!

Great hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was good with a nice variety, great location (close to casino). Will definitely stay here again

I stated here three nights. I had difficulties with noise and they were very willing to have me change rooms. I also had difficulties with loud teenaged visitors. The staff did a great job responding to what I was saying and more closely monitoring my hallway. They were still polite to the other guests when they were present. The hallways and rooms are very clean. The overall smell is good. All items functioned appropriately in the room.
