Big Lots

Very pleased with this store! Great customer service and very good prices and variety!

I visited this Big Lots the week before Christmas defeated after searching high and low for a small table and chairs for a relative. Much to my surprise, there were several to choose from. The best surprise, however, was the friendly staff. Brett and Sierra went the extra mile to help me find the right piece and load it into my car! They were friendly, helpful and cheerful while juggling the needs and wants of the many customers in the store searching for last minute gifts like myself.

That was probably one of the cleanest Big Lots that I have ever been in. I could find exactly what you needed as soon as I walked in. Not to mention some other great deals and thanks for my $10.00 off coupon and free gift item. I went in at a great time and found some great deals. Will ship there again next time we are in Mt. Pleasant 😚.

Great discounts going on and sales staff did an excellent job greeting and telling everyone the great deal of the day.

I wish that they had more adult coloring books, paint markers, and more stuff for art... But... The workers are cool and lots of help. The prices are really great and they seem to have a lot of everything.

I just like BigLots! Lots of unusual stuff. Down side is that there pricing has gone so high that it is no longer the place to look for deals on HBA and grocery. Their prices are same as the major big box stores. And you really have to watch expiration dates. They are all very close to expiration in the grocery areas. Not a great deal shopping anymore.

Just love big lots my daughter and I browse new and different things all the time. Store has been clean and smells sanitary (clean linens & cinnamon apple) service has always been kind and respectful.

Only good things to say about Big Lots.

Always has close to everything I need. Was looking early in the season for planters and pots and they had everything. And a decent price was perfect. I was very satisfied.

We went in to look and see what they had, and to find out about leasing options and etc. After looking around for awhile we went and asked for help. We got D to help us. He answered All Of our questions! Explained everything so we truly understood and went through different options for us. He helped us purchase a bed and mattress for a great price too!

We went in to look and came out with a bed frame and mattress. We went in nervous to talk to the employees and came out very happy.

D was great! Never got fraustrated with us or the cash register (that messed up twice) very friendly and funny! I will definitely be going back and hopefully if we purchase another big item he is there again! Definitely need more employees like him!

A blast from the past as I hadn't seen one of these stores since I was a kid, the selections were classier than I remembered tons of furniture. Loads of great things would recommend checking out for yourself.

I definitely thought that Big lots was going to be a lot more inexpensive I didn't get to look at everything but small toy tree items stuff like that we're more on expensive side but not overpriced but there were a lot of other things home decor that were inexpensive

I was just told yesterday by a college student that Mt Pleasant Big Lots is the cleanest she has ever been in, friendly workers and great experience.

They always have something a little different along with whatever else I'm looking for. Prices are reasonable. I love Big Lots!! So glad it came back to Mt Pleasant.

They were very helpful finding the one unique item I was looking for!! Clean and organized. I liked that things actually had price tags!!
