Worked with Dani on renting a shore home for a week in August. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She found a few places that met my criteria and was able to show them to me on my schedule. When there was an issue with a key to one of the homes, she worked diligently in making sure to get the needed key so we could make a decision. Communication was great. Very responsive.

I have been renting through Island Realty for more than 30 years and have always found them to be professional and responsive. Scott Dacas has coordinated my rentals now for several years and he has been very quick to respond to questions/issues. They have always made wonderful recommendations on rental homes based upon the needs of my family. As my family has grown and gotten older and our needs have changed they have made great recommendations on homes that fit our needs. Thank you for your service over the years.

This was our first year renting through Island Realty. Worked directly with Gavin.

Overall a very good experience.

Minor gripe. When we checked in for a house with 10 people, we were only given one key. I called immediately after realizing and asked if a key could be brought to us. My question was was answered with "why don't you stop by the rental office one day and they'll give you another key". Not the biggest deal, but it was out of our way and didn't make a great impression when paying several thousand dollars for a rental. Felt a little bit like "we have your money now, thanks."

Gavin redeemed himself when we were having issues with the outdoor shower. Came by personally, then followed up with the owners of the rental to resolve the issue quickly.

We would recommend Island Realty.

Horrible customer service by both the realtor Peggy Marks and broker Lisa. Very rude and poor lack of communication. Renters and homeowner beware.

We never said we would book again next year! And Lisa the broker never called me back! She refused to ever have a conversation with me. And I have not received my deposit back yet even though I was told it was mailed weeks ago. All I can say, is home owners/renters BEWARE of Island Realty and this property!

We used Island Realty to rent a beachfront home for our family vacation. Unfortunately one of our family members had an emergency situation where they were not able to join us. The only reason we booked NJ and driving North 10 hours was to be with them. They called management but were not successful in lowering the 12% cancellation fee - even though it’s for 4th of July and will most likely rent. I am not arguing our contractual commitment- but at least some sensitivity from a small business realty company to at least make a minor concession for the family.

I wouldn’t recommend this agency.
