If you're looking for a small-town "honest", old style, car repair shop. Look no further! I was very pleased with the honesty that they displayed with my recent repairs on my Mazda 6 ( totaling over $1,000.00.). They explained to me what I needed and what I didn't very clearly. I will definitely be returning for future repairs.

We were on a tight time frame to have the front struts replaced on my truck before taking our camper up north. I spoke with Jake and he was able to squeeze me in and the cost was several hundred dollars less than other quotes I had received. They came in right at the initial quote and the truck rides great now. Highly recommend!

They didn't have availability to help with a tow but called someone they knew to get us taken care of. He went out of his way to help me when he didn't have to. Great company!

A couple years ago my car caught on fire and it was extremely tragic and emotional.. well, Jake came right away to get the car out of my view, both Jake and Kyle make sure I have all the information and knowledge when dealing with vehicles because they have witnessed my anxiety first hand.

We had a tire blow on interstate 94 near exit 66. A man stopped to ask if we were ok and recommend Spikes Auto if we needed our tire fixed. Our tool to get the lug nuts off bent so we couldn’t get the tire off the van. I called Spikes and they came very quickly to tow our van back to the shop! The owner was so kind and professional! We still had over 3 hours before we would be home. He could have charged us whatever he wanted and we would have had to pay it to get back on the road. He was EXTREMELY reasonable and even generous!! We were back on the road in no time. Great experience and I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Tow truck ended up beating my ride home to my broke down truck which was nice but more importantly all 2 or 3 employees I spoke to (including the driver) spoke to me like they knew me rather than that customer support voice people put on.

Highly recommend if you need towing in the area!

Jake of Spike's Service is very customer service oriented! They were to us, broke down on the highway, in 10 minutes, YES TEN MINUTES!!! After waiting almost 3 hours for "another service" to arrive. He was amazing! He was happy to take me to the closest restroom. I was so grateful. Then he took us to rent a car, which is where we were going to leave the broken down there. He suggested it just go back to Spike's so we didn't have to worry about it too much.
This service DESERVES all insurance contracts as they are the most prompt, friendly, customer service oriented Service I have come across!

I had my truck at a local dealership, 3 times in Dec/Jan. Each time for something that didn't get fixed right the first time. Honestly, the only reason I went there to begin with was because it was supposed to be a warranty job. In the end, I brought it to Spikes because I needed it fixed once and for all. Not disappointed. Jake, Kyle & Todd are the most straight up honest & knowledgeable auto techs I've met in the last 40 years. I've taken my vehicles to them for the last 10(?) years and they'll continue to get my business for as long as I'm still driving.

Fair pricing, excellent service, they have been very honest with what needs to be done and how long it will take. When they don't know something they are upfront, but I have found them to be knowledgeable and adaptable in figuring things out.

At spikes they are old school believe in honesty and hard work for the customer. I don't trust anyone else to work on my cars. I know they won't lie or take advantage of me. Their prices are very good and fair 👍. Wouldn't have it any other way. Spikes auto is amazing...

Spikes Service were life savers!! I went through nothing but chaos for days getting Brand new tires and tie rods from somewhere else. . So a day later after everything is "fixed" I got a flat tire and so I pulled into Spikes. I told him it was a brand new tire yesterday and I was emotional having a baby in my car, just spent all the money to fix stuff that someone put no care into. So he had my car jacked up within 3 minutes and a spare tire on for me because I did not have one. These 2 gentlemen dropped what they were doing without question to help me out and then told me to keep the tire they gave me and not worry about payment. I was so thankful for the generosity here and willingness to help! I will without a doubt be returning here for any auto needs!
