Cold Stone Creamery

It's been a long time since I have been to Cold Stone. I haven't been avoiding it. It's just not very convenient for me to drive there and they are a bit on the pricey side of ice cream. However, they serve excellent ice cream here. When I walked into the store, I noticed it looked clean and well-kept. I don't know when they changed the counter. They used to prepare the ice cream and have the register on the left side. The register and the prep area are on the right side (from the customer's perspective). Also, I wasn't aware that they have an app so you can order ahead of time. Even if you don't order ahead of time, it's nice to have an app so you can look at the menu before you go to the store.

Today, I was in the mood for some ice cream after having some spicy noodles for a late lunch. I decided to get the Oatmeal Cookie Batter with white chocolate chips. It was great. The ice cream not only had a great taste it also had a perfect consistent smooth texture. I never forgot that I liked the ice cream here, but I forgot was good it is until I had some today. The weather was perfect, so I sat at one of their tables outside. If you don't mind paying a bit more for premium ice cream, give Cold Stone Creamery a try.

First time going to a Cold Stone. The ice cream was good and they had a lot of options to choose from. You're able to pick you own combinations if you want. My family enjoyed it especially this little guy!

Andrea did an amazing job on our gender reveal cake and did it with such short notice!! Their cake and customer service is amazing

Had a wonderful experience. They made a wonderful graduation cake for my daughter's elementary class and my youngest had a blast eating ice cream with all the toppings.( We decided to take a picture of the cake after we started cutting it.) The cake was a vanilla cake with cotton candy, ice cream, whipped cream frosting with Oreos and sprinkles and the kids thought it was amazing. My daughter's whole class had so much fun eating it!

If you’re going to indulge yourself with fresh tasting, flavorful ice cream- this is the place to go. Worth the price!

We came in to a full house, expected the line to take forever but they busted through with smiles on their faces.

Ordered a birthday cake for my wife’s Birthday and they were nice enough to make a bomb cake for her. Day of . Special made!!! Great business and place. Cake made her day!

I am gluten free and heard the new owner properly trained staff on how to serve allergies/celiac. I went in today and was extremely impressed. Got to finally enjoy ice cream without getting sick. We will definitely be back. I hope they put together a list of the gluten free options so it's a little easier to choose but I'm just happy they are knowledgeable about it!!

The icecream was simply fantastic, service was great. My only gripe is the lighting inside was dark. They would be better served by having it brighter in there.
The music playing could have also been a little quieter considering employee's taking orders have masks on are hard to hear. I realize it was after dark & they were fairly busy but lighting & less volume on the overhead music playing certainly would have helped the overall experience.
That said, I & my girlfriend will be back.😎🍧🍨

Could Stone always has good service and excellent ice cream. There are many flavors to choose from as well has signature creations. My favorite is the apple pie creation. There is seating inside and out and they have a public bathroom.

Not only phenomenal service but served with a bright smile, the women helping us was energetic, high spirited, and a great role model for Cold Stone Creamery. Lyndsay, I believe was her name, whipped us up her finest cream of ice and let me tell you her hands work magic.

Good ice cream, but as of 2022-6-14 location on google maps is wrong. It is next to Charred Burger, opposite of Old Chicago in the other corner of SouthPoint and not next to T Mobile.

I go here when I'm in town for a delightful treat. Haven't had a bad experience yet, and the ice cream is always very tasty! Tons of add in options. Would definitely recommend.

Love coming here. The ice cream is always delicious and service is always quick. I wish the people who worked there were more friendly, but that's alright. I guess I get my ice cream and get out.

Love this place. I enjoy getting to create the ice cream you want to eat. Chocolate and banana ice cream with walnuts, yummmmm!

If its not Cold Stone then its not ice-cream and I can promise you on everything holy and sacred about this world that you're wrong if you remotely think there's ice-cream that is better than Cold Stone. I dare you.

Delicious ice cream with a million flavor and combo abilities. Nice outdoor seating area. Fun staff.
