Makiah was amazing as always! I specifically go when he is working because I always get the best customer service with him. He is very kind and patient. I had to bring my 1 year old and he was great with us. He is also a great multitasker. He was helping multiple customers at the same time with no issues. Highly recommend.

Ian did a fantastic job tonight helping to get my husband a new phone! Very fast and friendly. Store was clean and displays looked nice. Overall good experience.

Makiah was very knowledgeable and efficient and even fixed a problem I’d had with my 3 previous phones that no other Verizon staff member could figure out. He was patient, and very transparent on items where we could save extra money.
