Buying a $40,000 dollar truck 1400 miles away from Florida unseen in person can be scarey. This truck was described very accurately and better than expected. Dennis V in sales was the most honest easy to work with sales rep ive ever dealt with. Always available to talk. Never a runaround. This is by far the best car dealer in the area. They got me in the same day, worked with my not so great credit. Stayed late to test drive multiple vehicles and answered any question I could have. Was also refreshing to not deal with a pushy salesman as Dennis was the best help that I could ask for. Recently bought a used minivan here. Denny is the BEST. He was patient, helpful, honest...... Ended up with a great vehicle!! A few days later noticed a small power steering leak and they took care of it immediately with no questions asked. We will be back!!

Honestly, I didn’t know there were used car places like this in existence. Not only was I treated well, with great service, and as fair as I could possibly have imagined. But, at no time did I ever feel pressured or swindled. Or even encouraged to make a decision that wasn’t mine! Truly an incredible experience and has given me a new outlook on car buying/selling. Great service from a very knowledgeable staff!! They were able to work a multi party deal with me living out of town with very little trouble. And the buying process was as quick as i have had. There photos and car fax access are a great part of the website.

Back in September I researched many car lots, cars and reviews. After a couple of weeks I decided to go with Windsor. Dave and Jose answered all of my questions and helped me every way that they could.

Not your average pre-owned car lot. Windsor Auto goes above and beyond what you may expect of a typical "used car lot". Surprisingly, most of the vehicles Windsor offers are only 1-3 model years old, and many have some sort of factory warranty that still applies. Nick, the owner, is nearly always available and more than willing to participate in the buying experience. His and all of the staffs goals are aimed at customer satisfaction even long after a sale is complete. I've been amazed at the lengths they will go to, even post sale, to ensure the buyer is taken care of. I can say all of this from experience because my wife and I have purchased at least 10 vehicles from Windsor in the past 17 years or so ( yes, we like newer, low mileage vehicles:) ) and we will be returning to buy for our teenage kids that will be driving soon. We highly recommend that you give Windsor Auto a try if you are in the market for a great pre-owned vehicle!
