Plaza Cafe and Market

The views are amazing. The cafe is located on the bottom floor so you can't miss it. Be sure to take the elevator to the top floor and enjoy the view.

I have been coming to this cafe most days between classes I have come across a few issues here. Firstly the pizza is outrageously over priced. They get there pizza from little caesars now around here the classic pepperoni cost 5.55 plus tax to a total of 5.88. But they sale there pizza for 2.25 a slice there are 8 slices per a pizza so they are selling the 5.55 pizza for 18 dollars. I understand that in normal restaurant operation the price of food versus price of ingredients equaling 30% but they don’t have to pay for a chef or the labor that those activities produce. And since there are a very limited supply of places to eat/ coffee shops on campus it seems there may be some level of price gouging here. My second issue I take with this place of business is its sushi. I enjoy the sushi for the most part little high for premise sushi but that’s an issue for another day my issue today is that I grabbed a spicy California roll: This style of roll had multiple problems firstly the rice was hard the avocado was barely there some pieces didn’t even have any in it. This made for a less then pleasing experience here
