I do not trust anyone to work on my cars.
I always work on them myself. However once in awhile I need someone who I can trust to fix something I cannot. I finally found that shop in Steinman auto services!
This shop is fantastic. Owner is down to earth and very helpful. The mechanics are great. Prices a very reasonable.

Great service and friendly staff! We dropped our car off on a Tuesday with bad lifters and rockers and they rebuilt the top of the motor and had it running perfectly in less than 2 days. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of car repairs! Thanks John for taking care of my wife's car and getting it back on the road so quickly!

We definitely recommend this shop. We called them late afternoon on our way home from the Dells. They told us to come on in so we wouldn’t be stuck overnight. Diagnosed problem, called for part, stayed late to do it, didn’t gouge us on price. Excellent work and fair treatment.

Everyone was very helpful they went over and above they took care of my tires. They took care of the sound. My car was making and they did an oil change. Very professional.

Had a starter quit leaving it stranded overnight. John and Nick said if you can get it towed to us, we have an opening available. Quick diagnosis confirmed the issue, repaired by close of business that day at a reasonable cost. Old school friendly honest service today is hard to find.

Steinmann Auto always gives me great service. The mechanics are very thorough. They inform me of problems yet don't pressure me. They also help me out around my schedule. Just a great service all around!

Had my wife's water pump replaced, on her Traverse ,very fair price, especially compared to dealer, John reached out to me a couple days later to make sure all was good with the car, I'll be taking all my cars here , good honest mechanic.

Twenty minutes before closing for the day I called Steinman and they encouraged me to drive to their location to troubleshoot my A/C problem. I received courteous, no-rush, straight-forward, "after-hours" attention. The problem and repair was discussed without pressure tactics and parts were ordered in advance without any financial obligation, even though I was undecided about having the repair done there (only because I was traveling through the area and wasn't sure I'd be able around for the repair to be done the next day). Repair was done quickly and well and with a long warranty. Thank you!

Well we have a 2015 equinox that all of sudden quit running. After some research and word of mouth told me about Steinman we had it towed to his shop. From the moment the car arrived John and team kept us updated on what was going on. Only part I didn’t like was spending 6,000$ for a new motor lol but who does like spending that kind of money. Far as service, professionalism, courteous and customer service these guys nail it. I received multiple phone calls about every step of the way. Now my car is running great again and have had no issues with the quality of work. I am a customer for life now.

John and his crew did an excellent job repairing our 2013 Equinox. The price was well below what the dealership quoted us and the work was done quickly. I would recommend this repair shop to all of my friends and family.
