Quick answer is that this is a great facility with super helpful employees who are committed to customer satisfaction.

Long answer is that yesterday was my first-ever visit to this facility. I made a reservation online and came to pick up a trailer. Arriving at the store, I found all manner of moving supplies, pretty much anything you could need (boxes, tape, trailer balls, you name it) in a clean and comfortable environment.

The employees working yesterday were simply fantastic. Not just to me, but to everyone we saw them interact with. When customers called or came in the door with an issue, they worked with the customers to make things right. They didn't screw people because they had a problem, instead they did their best to make people happy, even when the customer was at fault. Just a great display of customer-focused service and a "can do" attitude.

My rental trailer worked out great and came at a very reasonable cost. There were no equipment issues and pick-up and drop-off were a painless process.

Bottom line, I picked the right place. Met some fantastic employees who put all they have into doing it right. Great place, great people, great experience.

Loved the service. Allows overnight parking of vehicle so was very convenient to pick up and drop off vehicle. Truck was in very good condition and very nice people. Would definitely use again.

We went in trying to get a last minute trailer for a long distance move. At first we had some trouble, but if it hadn’t been for our lord and savior Justin, we wouldn’t have been able to move. Great help, and service!

I had a great experience with this store using the U-Boxes for moving to CA. I had one week's notice about prior to needing the U-Boxes. This location didn't have any on-hand, but arranged for four to be brought over from another location.

Michael spent about an hour with me to secure the boxes after getting some push-back from other U-Haul locations. Zach was helping me hook up the trailers on moving day, and always had the next empty box ready for me despite the place being very busy that day.

U-boxes arrived in CA exactly when they were supposed to. Couldn't recommend this location any more. Great customer service.

I can't tell you how happy I am with the staff at U-Haul on Forest Hills! I came in to get a trailer mount and hitch put on and they were booked solid with appointments for three days. The manger, Zach, took it upon himself to stay later than he was supposed to and got me in right then and there! He got the job done and I'm towing my trailer with no issues.
Big thanks to them for getting me on the road!!! Very happy.

These folks are great helped us replace the tire straps on the tow dolly that busted within the first real day of travel.

Fast and very friendly service

Have rented from here twice with a good experience both times. Good customer service.

Although there are many places to rent their trucks in Rockford, this is the only company-run facility. Although I have only needed to rent trucks from here, there are a wide range of accessories available for rent to help one in the moving process (boxes, dollies, etc).

The staff was friendly and were accommodating to my needs. I will definitely be returning to this place for all future business. Thanks.

Being an apartment renter most of my life. I have moved more then my share of times.(14x in 20yrs) I have used Zach and his team every time. I have a cross country move coming up and I can't imagine using anybody else. Also their boxes and packing accessories are amazing. Boxes form my first move are still holding up.

Justin is a very nice guy the team was great customer service got my tank filled in and out quick and easy they make good conversation while filling your tank will definitely come back
