Animal Medical Clinic--North

On April 2nd I had to say goodbye to my 14 year old best friend, I received my call this morning that she was ready to be brought home. Animal Medical Clinic North is by far the greatest veterinary facility I’ve ever worked with. The level of compassion and kindness that these people work with is impeccable. They comforted not only me but my mother and dog throughout this entire process. From scheduling ,to the day of, all the way until my baby was returned to me they have been nothing short of amazing and caring towards my family and I..
Dr Chris and her team will have my support and will be recommended by me any time or day. Much love and respect for such an amazing group of people.

Visited for the first time recently. Staff was very nice (Mackenzie was an absolute star!) and accommodating. They have you call when you arrive and wait in your car, so you're not sitting in a waiting room with a bunch of stressed pets. The wait wasn't very long and the visit was pretty efficient. They were very willing to provide estimates for services, which was such a relief. It really helped with being able to plan for further care. Also, the building was handicap accessible which is always appreciated.

I was there meeting the family and picking up my new puppy. Never been here before, and I will say that Dr. Chris ( or maybe Kris) is fantastic!!! She just really has so much care for her client's (the 4-legged variety) and their owners, her staff, and just all-in-all, if lived closer I'd be hard pressed not to permanently switch. Clean. Knowledgeable. Caring. Judgement free zone.

We have a blue nose pitbull, and finding a vet and vet office that will deal with him has been a task all in its self. He is a very good dog, but most people stereo type pit bulls. I was referred to animal clinic north by another vets office. And I went in with the mind set of thinking this will be like every other place. But I was very wrong! This place is top tier! They handled my dog with ease! Made us feel at home. And all around great experience! Dr Chris Hart-Lizer is the best around! She is the dog whisperer! I recommend any and all people to check this place out if you’re looking for your forever vet for your family and pets.

Ive absolutely loved all my experiences with animal medical north! They have done some deep research to make my dog and me super comfortable at the time of him returning to the rainbow bridge! And now with my second dog and cat they have treated them so well! My cat was spaded yesterday and they even called and checked up on her this morning! Absolutely recommended! They also are very helpful with estimates and quotes!

The VERY BEST staff and pet care. We have been using their services for over 25 years. Dr. Chris has always been professional and knowledgeable. She has always gone above and beyond making me and my pets feel comfortable and safe. Exceptional care!!! The staff (especially the vet tech Brittney) is most caring and supportive. We trust them to provide the very best care for pets.

Dr. Chris treats Ellie like she's her own and was always wonderful with our other Havanese Olivia!

I love the convenient location, and they treat all my animals so well! My dogs are always so excited to come and stay.

Our dog started showing signs of severe hip pain. We called and we were able to bring her in the same day we called. Because the Animal Medical Clinic has two locations, we have always been able to schedule appointments in a timely manner. Add to that the professionalism and kindness of the staff and this place is hard to top.

We live 4 minutes from Animal Clinic on Morsay drive so that has always been our wonderful place to take our 4 legged family members. They were booked solid when I called after our dog was attacked by two others on the walk. She was really in pain. Animal Medical called the North Clinic where we had never been. Luckily they had time to see her and over we went. They were absolutely wonderful and were very calming to us. Our pup needed 10 stitches and the compassion for us and our buddy was so appreciated. It’s nice to know that we have equally 5 star clinics. We have been clients of the Morsay Drive clinic since the opened.

I have a dog with a skin bizarre condition. Dr. Katie has been amazing with working with Stella and the continual support. Dr. Katie takes the time to work with Stella and help me understand how to assist her in getting her back to the dog she needs to be.

Very little wait and good care for my pet. That's all you can hope for.

Took our new puppy for a wellness check up. Got in quickly and had a great visit. Got medication and great advice.

I cannot say enough about this clinic. The staff was so caring and empathetic as I was losing my fur baby a couple weeks ago. My pets are everything to me, and I know I can trust AMC with their care. Dr. Katie and Dr, Alicia are phenomenal, and I recommend all three locations to my family and friends!

Overall exceptional customer & patient services!
We loved how Dr. Hart & her staff treated our young rambunctious male cat.
The technicians were equally professional, empathetic & treated our kitty as if he was their own.
Hospital clean waiting AND patient exam rooms.
The use of kitty calming spray & soft towels & green alternative medicine is such a welcoming change! :)
Staff was wonderful in explaining their billing practices; no hidden unexpected charges, etc.
Masks observed used by both various staff as well as pet parents.
Social distancing absolutely no problem as well as clinical grade hand sanitizer scattered in waiting area, check in counter as well as restrooms & exam rooms.
Our initial visit with Dr. Hart & staff was so genuinely wonderful that we regret NOT meeting these wonderful individuals a long time ago.

I honestly can't say enough good stuff about this vet. They are the best of the best. The level of care and expertise that is shown by each and every member of staff won my trust from the start. It's wonderful to know that your vet loves your pet just as much as you do. Their pricing is affordable and easy to understand, and their scheduling department is always more than accomodating. I will be recommending Animal Medical Clinic to everyone I know! :)
