Just had my Rivian in for new tires. They had all the equipment needed (specialty tools required) price was very reasonable as was the wait time. The guys took great care not to damage the face of the wheels while mounting and even loaded the spare back into the compartment when finished. Great job! Very friendly too!

On a trip from Alaska to New York, picked up a nail, they fit us in and got it patched right up so we could be back on the road within and hour and a half. Superb service. Great staff. Couldn't be more appreciative!!!

I went to Discount Tire on Saturday morning for a tire rotation. While I was there one of the assistant managers, Evan found that my tires were on about a yellow meaning that I would need new tires soon. With me being a college student and not having enough money, I instantly started to panic and Evan noticed that. He sat with me and helped me figure out a way that I could get tires and get back on the road safely. He then told me the amount of wait time I would have for getting new tires put on my car and while I was waiting I was offered a bottle of water and was even able to watch them change the tires from the window. During the tire changing service I had many workers at the store come up and talk to me and see how I was doing or ask if I needed anything else. After the service Evan came up to me and explained what they did to me and answered all of my questions as well. Everyone at the store was extremely friendly and they were all very helpful! I will definitely be recommending Discount Tire to all my friends and family, and this is the ONLY place I will ever get tire service done again. Great job Discount Tire Rockford!!!

I was in today with a puncture hole in my tire in my Yukon and got it done pretty fast and free! I also chatted with the desk guy up front he was very friendly and gave me good information about my tires il also like too thank the worker him self! GIL! He was very polite and professional. I will be buying a new set as soon as I need them 10/10 customer service 10/10 customer satisfaction left with a smile :D

I had all 4 new tires put on my Jeep, during the process 2 of my pressure sensors were broken. I went back to location after and they reimbursed me for the cost of the sensors! Always a good experience with this discount tire location! Thank you!

Had an appointment for a tire replacement at noon on a Saturday. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Great crew!

I've never found a discount tire that wasn't amazing. Great staff and great service. I love how they will fix a tire for free. They also will let you pay in payments. I'll never go anywhere else from tires!

OK so everyone this is why I believe in God, I'm traveling across the country, and I was about to run out of gas and I took a wrong exit. There were no services in that town where I took the exit Stewart Illinois. So I went around to people's houses. Knocking on doors to see if someone would give me some gas. So I can make it to the next exit. And a very nice gentleman gave me some gas. In the meantime, he said. Oh my, you really need to have that tire looked at because it was low on air. So I went to the next exit. And I filled up my gas tank. And then i started calling around . Also I am traveling with 4 cats so I call around. I call around i call around. Nobody wants to help me. Because I have cats in the car. So I talked to Chris at discount tires and he said. If you could make it here before 6 PM we got you. I made it there at five fifty eight and it is six thirty now. And I'm already back on the road. I had 2 nails in my tires and they fixed me up. And they put me back on the road with my cats. Chris and Jacob were spectacular. I could not have asked for2 better people
To help me. That is what I believe in God. Because God put me in stewart Illinois. In order for this man to help me with gas in order for me to be made aware of my tire. And I am thankful i'm very thankful. I'll check this review later for punctuation and grammar errors but i'm driving right now and I just wanted to get it out there of how pleased I am with their service.

I had been researching tires for my 2015 Camaro for three months. It's a big purchase so I always make sure I'm getting the tires I want at the best possible price. Discount Tire had a killer Labor Day sale which made the price much better than ANYBODY else. There was a problem with my online order and it somehow got canceled. The guys at Discount Tire in Rockford IL made sure everything got straightened out. The tires were on my car in about 45 minutes. I am very happy with my purchase.

My one and only gripe is that the guy who checked me in told me that my wipers look old and asked me if I'd like new ones. I had literally replaced them a week before. Obviously they want to sell wipers as it's an easy way to make a couple bucks. I have no problem with that. He just should've asked if I needed wipers, not tell me that my new wipers were bad.

Scheduled on line arrived early. Polite and friendly staff greated me and took care of me in reasonable time.customer service goes along ways

I ordered online and set an appointment the night before, cost was lower than other quotes. Despite being a Saturday morning and being packed with folks, with my online order they had someone there to check me in before I got out of my car! In and out in an hour. The wait was quick and the work well done. The associates professional and had a very positive helpful bearing 10/10 would recommend

I was visiting Rockford recently, and got TWO flat tires on my way into town on Friday evening. The first place I called wasn’t open on Saturdays. I called Discount Tire next, and I’m so glad I did! They got me an appointment for Saturday, and then continued to be accommodating when the tow truck arrived late and didn’t get me there until later. The only small hiccup was that they didn’t have the correct size tires for me in stock. One gentleman thought he could get me tires by Tuesday, which was not ideal. Chuck found tires he could get me by Monday, and I’m so grateful to him for speaking up. I didn’t really have the PTO to miss a second day of work, and I had a class Monday night I really didn’t want to miss. I got my tires and was on the road shortly after lunch on Monday. I made it back home with enough time to put in a couple hours of work, and made it to my class. Thank you to Chuck and Discount Tire for taking care of me and my car. I have to replace my other two tires later this year, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I just had to get new wiper blades and I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Great service as always.

were manned by employees, and everyone was very polite. This was my first visit, and I plan on continuing to come here from now on. Well done!

These fellas did a nice job! This was the third place I went to today to look at a low tire. The first place was nice but incompetent by telling me the tire couldn't be repaired and would have to be replaced but they didn't have the tire in stock. The second place had absolutely awful customer service with no greeting and no interest in helping so left there and won't return. Ended up at Discount Tires. These guys were not only competent (they were able to property repair the tire rather than replace and even threw in a balance) but also had good customer service skills by joyfully interacting with customers the whole time I was there. Having both competency and good customer service skills sticks out in today's society unfortunately, but well done and keep up the good work!

The staff and customer service was excellent. Had an appointment to get new tires put on and ended up getting finished faster than I expected. I’ll be the next person to recommend this place.

Had a great experience here. We blew a tire on the way to a wedding - they had the tire in stock, were incredibly helpful and kind, AND didn’t laugh to hard at us for getting ready in the lobby while we waited for them to put a new one on. Definitely recommend!
