Apple Eastwood Towne Center

There was a full store but didn’t really wait long for salesman. Mandy was our gal, she answered questions explained many things, helped me pick the phone that would do what I needed. She helped me transfer my old phone into the new phone! She just was so helpful from start to finish!

I came into the Apple Store super frustrated because I had just destroyed my 11pro. It was time for an upgrade and Eli helped me out. He made the process so easy for me. In the past I’ve just bought the phone and went on my way. Eli sat with me, activated my phone, updated it, and took care of everything for me. It was AWESOME! I was able to just drive home and enjoy my new phone. He turned my whole mood around, I can’t thank him enough :)

Alicia was brilliant in helping us with our phone problems. She was patient and kind. Gave us loads of information that was understandable. We were so unhappy we had started talking of going back to android but because of Alicia’s help and explanations we are very happy with Apple.

I feel so lucky to get help from Grace who works at the Genius Bar. I came to the store super stressed out because an important video of mine that was recorded for graduate school application malfunctioned and was nearly lost. I called the Apple customer service line and they couldn't figure it out, and it was at that time that I nearly lost my hope. After I came into the store, Grace was eager to help and was trying to search for any possible solution for this problem, even though she had never met or even heard of this situation before. She successfully helped me find the video back and I felt so lucky and thankful for her effort and kindness.

What a great experience, Jessica helped us and was just super stellar in all ways possible. Helping with a difficult troubleshoot and being friendly and fun and even teaching us some photography tips while we waited on hold with T-mobile. Thanks so much Jessica!! Apple is so lucky to have you.

I got locked out of my phone and went here for help. They helped me immediately, as soon as I walked in they took my info down and started working on my phone. I didn’t think I would be able to recover my apple account because it was locked but they somehow managed to do it for me! Will definitely be back with any problems I have and would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

I was in quick and easy. I had an appointment and I was seen right away. The representative was courteous and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This was our second visit this year. We are not very knowledgeable about the products and very thankful the staff can ask us a few questions and lead us to exactly what we need. Very pleased with the results of both trips. I highly recommend this place.

Picked up a new MacBook Pro and as always the total experience was great! I could browse the store forever but was in a hurry and was able to get in and out quickly. If you’re an Apple fan - than you have to stop into this store!!

Staff have been great the few times I’m been here. I had to have AirPods serviced once and they had me in and out after diagnosing and resolving the issue. Another time was to compare products and they were very helpful and knowledgeable in showing the differences between the two models.

Love Apple and their willingness to patiently help us less technologically sound people along. Jessica taught our session today and was informative, thoughtful and just plain fun! Well done Jessica!!! Thank you for the good tips and encouragement!

Lots of store to purchase great clothes and other household items. A few good restaurants as well.

I’ve been to a lot of Apple store world wide, this is by far one of my favorite. The service was very fast, I had issues with 2 devices & the specialist was amazing. I think he was special needs from the way he spoke, but the information that came out of him and the service I got from him was definitely special, by that I mean he was amazing, and among the best I’ve ever dealt with. I wish I can remember his name so I can give him a shoutout.

Mike is the man! He helped me today through an exhausting process of buying a new MacBook after my died. He was super patient with me through all the phone calls to the bank! We finally got it to work! Give this man (Mike) a raise!

Let me start by saying this place is busy, seems like always busy. So, be prepared for all that. The staff handles the volume of people really well. They move people through there like clockwork, they have a good system and are incredibly friendly. The technician that was assigned to my case was very skilled, she diagnosed my computer while simultaneously helping another customer at the same time, now that’s knowing your stuff. Props to my Apple tech Kate and all of the staff at Apple Eastwood, you made bringing my computer in less of a drag than I thought it’d be.

Kudos to Jacob at the Apple store in Eastwood Towne Center (don't know his last name, but we chatted and I know he grew up in South Lyon). He helped my granddaughter restore her phone today after she was locked out of it and her password nor her Face ID would work. He was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Best of all, even though she's only 12, he treated her like an adult and showed genuine concern for her situation. Apple is lucky to have such a great employee!

Jessica was great to work with! She was very personable, knowledgeable and helped me understand what was the best choice for me. She helped with battery issue, cracked screen and put a new screen protecter on my iPhone. I would recommend working with Jessica. Eastwood Towne center was very efficient with working with everyone in the store. Great compared to some other Apple stores I have been too! 10/10 recommend.

Team member, Emma, did an outstanding job helping me pick the perfect mac that I need for school. She made sure i understood everything that came with the computer and assisted in setting it up. She also impressed my father which is a very hard thing to do!

Got a phone part replaced, turned out that wasn’t the problem, was immediately refunded. (And the actual problem was fixed.) Thank you Jason and team!
