Thank you to the Lady named Mary who assisted me with my transaction. Very nice and polite!

Only have ever had one run in with them. The lady on the phone thought she "got me" when in reality she just didn't listen to anything I said trying to twist my words. Very nasty and combative on the phone. Judging by the rest of the comments and research online, they're on their way to a class action lawsuit.

I did request a debt verification letter which they did get to me. Took about 3 weeks which wasn't too long surprisingly. At least that's a plus.

Terrible interaction on phone with very rude woman who kept trying to talk over me when she wouldn’t identify where she was calling from and then stated I can’t be put on a do not call list and was hung up on twice. This place should not be open.

The most disrespectful and unprofessional woman I have ever dealt with. I contacted the clinic who sent in my bill and they were EXTREMELY upset to hear how a longtime customer of theirs was treated. I kept asking the woman for the information to confirm that she wasn’t a scam and she refused to provide that information. I can’t imagine the lack of talent one must have to have a simple job, but still can’t perform simple tasks such as providing a phone number to confirm information. I hope she has the day she deserves.

Because I decided not to pay them Mary told me “Weirdo”, and Elizbeth Adams answer, did not listen and very disrespectfully hang up on me …. Hopefully they really record the calls!!! AHHH

What a joke! Enters my card info wrong and won't let me make payment. Legit no customer service skills. I'm sorry but this business is terrible.

The “lady” that just answer the phone is so rude, she has no social or costumer service skills whatsoever. I am very sorry that I called. Rude, and horrible talking.

Very unprofessional! No phone etiquette at all! Doubt if most of them even have a high school diploma!

Unprofessional some of those agents not sure if it's a legitimate company they dont provide proof of payments besides a confirmation I'll be looking more into this before I make any payments

Exactly as others mentioned. Lady is rude with no simple etiquette.

So unprofessional. Couldn't even get a word in edge why to even inquire about the legitimacy of a letter. They seem like very shady business.
