i went a few days ago and an employee named Danielle checked me out, she was such a doll and so sweet 10/10 would shop here again :)

Thank you for the employees today. My son being a child and a rude person not knowing when to stop. You made a situation bad so much better. And for all telling me I'm a great mom.

They have plenty of Halloween items out this year and some good thrifting ideas for a Halloween costume if there are any original people out there

Toys, books, DVDs all good selections and reasonable prices. Lots of kids' clothes, too! Parking lot is weird and in poor condition.

I always find really nice things here, and enjoy the atmosphere. All staff members that I have encountered have been courteous and friendly, and the store has never been dirty nor disorganized whenever I've visited. This is a great location!

I have always found Goodwill to be a place to find good deals. I even found my wife and my dog at goodwill. Both were great finds.

From my experiences going into this store I find it a great place to browse, buy, and/or drop off goods for fellow citizens. This store has friendly staff, and a lot of items in each category. People can buy furniture, decorations, toys, books, clothes, and many more items spanning from modern day to the past. If people are looking for a great bargain on used items, this is the place to go. Never know what you'll find.

Quick trip in, found a juicer and a Tivo, both functioning. Always fun to look, well organized, clean, and set up for Halloween. It's nice to hear a friendly greeting when you enter.

Deals for days with anything/everything you can think of in the store! The staff are helpful and friendly!

When I went to Goodwill, there was a coffee table without a price so I asked them if they could tell me a price. They politely told me that they had ask everyone if it was sold just to be sure and if not then they would get us a price. The table wasn't sold so they gave us an amazing process on the coffee table!!! It's now in our living room and has a nice new home and will last for years to come. One man's junk is another man's come up!

This Location is #1, Tops, awesome, clean, and GREAT stuff!! And the sales? I really appreciate a good, clean, and reasonable prices....you save me several times, when an even pops up and we need special clothes...you NEVER disappoint!

Remodeled with new restrooms and more room for stuff. Good inventory and staff. Biggest halloween selection. Good parking. In good area with other shops...

We regularly buy household goods, clothing, shoes, and bedding items at Goodwill. Machesney Park is our normal stop, but we also frequent Rockford's, Janesville's, and Delavan's Goodwill. We enjoy each for the variety and nearby restaurants.

Very clean place good prices but. PRICES could be much cheaper on some of their items in the store.

Good place to get bargains. Lots of clothes, .nic naks, but a small amount of furniture on this trip. Quick checkout and courteous.employres.

Crutches needed for Mr having surgery have to buy your own. Grand baby 99cents each onsies, pants, sweaters and my son a big cooking pot.

Great deals if you are willing to look. Drop off for donations is also very easy. They will give you a receipt so you can deduct it on your taxes.
