Dental Dreams-Machesney Park

I have coming to Dental Dreams since 2011 and I have No bad words for them. They are are the kindest staff ever. Where can you go and have your Dentist listen to your concerns!!!!! I have had root canal without any pain, in fact I was able to go back to work:) :) :) :), Dr GAO is so outstanding that I am willing to drive hours to see her only....... My denture fit perfectly for my mouth and I able to eat everything without any problems. I think of everyone here, at the Mahesney Park office as Family.......

This was the first time I have been there. It was easy to schedule online for an appointment. When we arrived we only waited 5 minutes. The nursing/doctors kept me up to date on what they were doing. I am very pleased with how they ran the place. So glad we found this place. We will be coming back !!!

Dr Gao is a very kind, gentle and skilled dentist. She really cares about her patients and it is clear to me that she truly works from her heart. She has helped me so much over the years and I really appreciate her, the dental assistants and her support staff. They have all gone above and beyond for me and I know they do the same for many others. Thanks so much, Dr. Gao!

Dr. Patel is a great dentist. He explains everything to understand. Absolutely wonderful with my son today. First tooth pulled and Dr. Patel walked him through everything go expect, very patient and compassionate with my child! Myself and kids will always go to see Dr. Patel! Always a great experience from the time you walk in until you leave.

Dr. Patel was absolutely amazing! I had 12 remaining teeth extracted and he was kind, compassionate, gentle and very fast. I've had teeth pulled a few times before by other Dentists and they were OK but I can't say enough good about this Dr. My teeth are back and I am very pleased. From the first consultation visit through Extractions, impressions and now fitting i have been 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Dental Dreams and Dr. Patel if looking for a Dentist.

Dr. Patel is amazing! He's super nice and professional with not only me, but with his staff as well. The nurses are pleasant and very knowledgeable. They make me feel very comfortable while I'm there.

Dr Gao has been great with my 7 year old son. He's had checkups before and now fillings and she is always friendly and professional. He also loves being able to play in the playplace before his appointments and picking a little prize at the end.

My son was seen by Dr.Gao, my son came in with dental pain. We had a walk -in, being that it was our first time being here the staff had us in very quickly. I was very skeptical at first, my son is hard of hearing and non-verbal and he needs patience. Being it was an emergency, I brought him here so he could at least get antibiotics. Long story short, Dr. Gao was really nice and the lady who did his cleaning was very patient as well. Dr.Gao explained all the procedure and gave me a referral. If it wasn't for that special needs that my son needs, I would have totally done the treatment with Dr. Gao. Thanks Dr. Gao.

The Dr and her assistant were great with my daughter. She was very anxious to have her wisdom teeth removed & they provided her comfort and reassurance during the entire procedure. Thank you!

I’ve had terrible experiences all my life even in my childhood. But today was the best experience I have ever had . I was so nervous I don’t even remember my dentist name to give her a proper shout out along with her assistant I have to have a few more things done. And I couldn’t wait to make my next appointment. Usually my past experiences would hinder me from completing the rest of my dental treatment. Not this time. Thank you again

Dr. Patel is A great dentist truly cares about his patients. I seen him for cavities, extractions and Denture. My Denture looks like my own teeth when they were perfect. Dr. Patel made sure during filling’s and extractions I did not feel a thing. I really appreciate you Dr Patel you gave me my smile back.

Fast, courteous, and professional. Genuinely shocked by how helpful and nice everyone was given this places reputation. If i had this dentist sooner, my teeth might have been salvageable. She talked me through everything and made me feel calm when i was terrified.

We started visiting Machesney Park Dental Dreams opposed to the one in Rockford on State St, and we’ve never had a bad experience. Upon first visit, we were pleasantly surprised to find a small play area for children. I highly recommend!
