Absolutely the best customer service! I’ve been with this location for about 15 years. For cars, and rental insurance and now homeowners insurance. I change cars ALOT, and they’ve always been the best. They do what I need them to do, and quickly so I’m good to drive my new car that day! I can’t say enough good things about the entire team at Chris Shields State Farm!

The two agents we have had at this office have been very personable and helpful, we have been with State Farm for over 40 years and I have always had prompt and great service. We have our house inss., 4 cars, and two motorcycles insured with State Farm, sometimes consider changing to cheaper insurance, but good service goes a long way versus saving a little money. We have had a house fire, hail damage claim, and couple car accident claims and State Farm handled them promptly and were very easy to work with. Our newest agent Debbie went out of her way and dropped a receipt off at our house recently because their computers were down at the office, WOW, if that isn't excellent customer service! We will be staying with State Farm for years to come.

Debbie with State Farm at Chris Shield's office goes out of her way to make sure that your needs are taken care of. The communication and prompt responses are outstanding. We have been down sizing our business and Debbie has been very personal, kind and understanding as we are making this transition.

Lisa is a great insurance agent. Responds normally within an hour or so. If you message after business hours she responds pretty fast the following business day. Most if not all my questions or concerns are answered in a very timely manner. Definitely give these guys a call for your future insurance. They were able to save me quite a lot switching. Plus the app is pretty resourceful!

I have used Shields State Farm as my insurance agency for over 30 years. They are quick to respond to questions, claims and changes for my portfolio. I recently worked with Debbie Marzano and she was wonderful! We had a few additions and subtractions to our accounts and she very easy to work with and had a positive and professional personality. She took the time to sit with us and find the best discounts and coverages. I highly recommend the Shields agency.

There are a LOT of insurance agencies around, and once you pick your preferred provider, State Farm in my case, there are still a lot of State Farm agents around. Just driving down the street you will see them all over the place. Several years ago I moved my business to Chris Shield's agency because they were active in supporting the community and I liked that, so I wanted to be part of it. I have never ONCE regretted my decision. Chris has been fantastic, as has everyone there that I have worked with. They are VERY responsive to requests, and ask key questions to help you make the best choices. They don't just push blanket packages on you as "one size fits all", they honestly look at what you really need and then help find a way to get you covered in the most affordable way possible. I hope they never go out of business, it is unlikely I'd find any agency I would like as much. In my prior decades of experience with insurance agents, it hadn't happened before I found the Chris Shields agency. I'm not going to suggest everyone wholesale abandon their agents, but if you are looking for one I think Chris should definitely be in your short list to consider.

I received five star professional service from the entire staff of my visit from last week to Chris Scheels insurance company. I especially was happy with the executive appointment calendar that they so kindly gave me. I use this extensively throughout my work here it keeps me aligned and keeps me timely with my appointments. Staff was extremely professional and very understanding. Any time I have a question or concern with my insurance policies he works on my concerns right away and we are able to resolve any difficulties that might have arisen.
