WM - Prairie Hill Landfill

First time going today. The employee at the window by the weigh station was extremely helpful. It was our first time going there and an extremely easy process.

Brought a couch and box-spring in. Cost was $20.

Pull onto the scale when coming in with a load then walk up to the window. You'll pull up to a section of yellow-painted guardrails then offload your stuff into an open dumpster(s) below after that.

I tried calling several times but the automated system will drop the call before I ever get a chance to talk to someone.

I didn’t catch the young woman’s name this morning, but she was excellent! I’ve never been to this facility and she was extremely helpful.

Called some one up and they try to say it will be $31.00 get they and if was not $15 person was very nice and said it's always $15 a truck load good to know

Took a truck load for disposal at 240 pm and told they were closed. Be nice if they'd update their business hours then and not waste my time.

Can't actually speak to anyone at or about the landfill!!! Trying to determine what is acceptable and cost. Automated system is horrible!!!!!

Make sure you show up early the office lady likes to close up early!
