I didn’t catch the dental tech who did my X-rays name but she was lovely! Whitney the dental hygienist is always so great! They explain things so well and don’t make you feel bad about your intermittent flossing or your aggressive water picking and brushing😂.

EVERYBODY LEAVE YOUR DENTIST NOW AND COME HERE. I had an appointment yesterday and I have never gone to the dentist and wanted to go back so badly. They showed me everything they were going to do even made me feel at home and gave me a blanket. I cannot for the life of me remember the ladies name that was with me majority of the time but she deserves a bonus because she was super super nice and also very funny. Everyone was so nice and caring I’m just in shock with how nice everyone was. My old dentist office was a dump compared to this place🤣❤

This dental office was amazing!! From the receptionist, Amanda who was warm, and welcoming to the Business assistant, Brenda who helped me with my insurance.The dental assistant Whitney gave me the numbing injection so skillfully with knowledge with a sense of humor to make me feel relaxed! Dr Samuel who diagnosed my problem and reassured me they could fix it THAT DAY! The dental assistant Andrea who worked with Dr Amdari who fixed my tooth, they were such a great team it was as if they read each others mind when using the instruments. I give this office a solid 5/5 if it went higher I would give them a 10! I give my highest recommendation.

I have extreme dental anxiety, to the point I was getting sick just thinking about it after many bad experiences at previous places. I had not been in years, shamefully. Dr Samuel and hygienist Amy have been wonderful! I have had several things done now and I'm comfortable going now and they keep you informed on exactly what is happening and why. I can't recommend this place enough! Excited for my smile make over!

Whitney made my first experience here relaxing and enjoyable. She very professional while also having a great sense of humor. I enjoyed meeting Dr Samuel and the whole experience made me happy I made the change

The staff and dentists are always friendly and patient. They fit my son in for a thorough work up when he visited here from another state. I highly recommend Machesney Park Family Dental for a quality, friendly small town feel establishment.

To say that Amy was exceptional is an understatement. She went above and beyond to keep me calm & aware of what she was doing. Every staff member was polite and friendly.

Dedicated to making it perfect, even though the lower denture was created by a different dentist. So? We decided to scrap them and start all over. AMAZING scan instead of gooey impression! I know that Dr. Amdani and her wonderful staff can do better! I'm excited!

Very impressed with the way they treated me. They seem to care more about taking care of the patient before profit. Very rare in today's dentistry world. I definitely recommend this dental office.

The staff is very friendly. They do their best to make sure you're comfortable. I personally have a deep seeded anxiety towards the dentist and they offered everything they could to make me more comfortable. I chose the nitrous. I was offered the oral surgeon (anesthesia) but declined bc I just wanted to get it over with. I would advise anyone with similar issues/fears towards the dentist to just take the surgeon/anesthesia if offered (the nitrous had zero effect on me). However, I don't think there's anything more the staff could have done for me. I am still anxious about going back, but my situation just wasn't exactly conducive with "inviting" or "easing." They did try though and I will say thanks to those efforts (and the fact that I better take care of my teeth if I don't want to go through that again) I will follow up and continue my dental health journey with them. Which says A LOT of good about this place coming from me. I've been known to call off dental appointments from the parking lot due to my anxieties/fears. So, the simple fact that I'm willing to return at all speaks volumes! Also worth noting, I am not as sore as they said I could be. Less than 24 hours out and I'm pain free or very close to it. I do tend to heal quickly but still, I think that indicates they were as gentle as they could be.

Whitney was amazing she is very knowlegable and explained so much about my cavities and made sure I understood everything before we began to take care of the cavites and answered every question I had. Ive always had good experiences at dentists but shes the best dentist Ive ever had and i tell anyone i know to go see her if they need anything for their teeth!

I have had the opportunity to work with the dentist and specifically the dental hygienist, Jess. They have been both informative, great listeners, and supportive towards my goals. Jess has gone above and beyond to provide me the work I want and need. She focuses on being transparent and flexible with me as well as going out of her way to help me out with my scheduling needs.

She specifically has made this process, enjoyable while allowing me to feel heard and involved.

The front desk staff has been very attentive, friendly, and informative as well.

I had two recent appointments, kinda back to back, as a new patient. The office is very clean and nice and the front ladies were so helpful. I particularly appreciated and enjoyed my hygienist Amy. She was very kind. She explained everything she was doing and I felt she was very honest about everything. Finding dentists/hygienists that are pleasant are hard to find. Amy will make it very easy to schedule another appointment there! Thank you
