Love this hidden gem. Campground is clean and well maintained. Bathrooms are newly remodeled. The only down side is the showers are off because of Covid. Pictures are from 2 separate trips only 3 weeks apart because I loved it so much. You can’t beat camping along the river.

Although it's just outside of town, it's right on the river and such a beautiful river! The caretakers are a welcoming, wonderfully kind couple.
Bring a kayak or canoe and enjoy your visit!

We stayed 4 nights on this trip to Wolverine. Cute location along the river. Quiet park for the most part. Easy in and out for trail riding.

Just went to the pavilion for a wedding. Didn't use it for camping but looked decent for a small campground.

That was some of the best camping and R&R that we have gotten in years. We slept right next to the river and kayaked from our tent all weekend.
