We have been working with Guaranteed auto for years. We have always had excellent, reliable service. They have always consulted with us before making any mechanical decisions. When our sons car broke down and needed a tow from Wisconsin,, it was picked up and repaired same day. Talk about awesome service!!! Repair prices are reasonable! We are very happy with Guaranteed Auto!!

One of my children goes to college up in that area, and had a significant issue with their vehicle leading up to our date of departure for driving them back home for the summer. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I know how good auto mechanics operate, and this place has a set of "mechanics' mechanics." They are an outstanding blend of both expertise and dedication to their customer - very forthcoming and very committed to getting to the exact heart of the issue. Really good price for what it is they resolved. (Super chill waiting area as well - from its vintage decor - these guys live and breathe cars and motor repair.) Here's to them and the whole community up there. It's heartening as a parent to see good and right things happen when things are challenging, based on folks like that up there. You raise the bar for all of us in all that we do and hope for.

I highly recommend this location, just had a trans flush done on an older van. Highly knowledgeable front office as well as tech staff. I come from the automotive industry and there are not many places that I trust with my vehicle. These guys are the real deal!!!

I have a Ford Van that has almost 310,000 miles on it and I believe it is due to having a good Mechanic to service it.

I have taken many vehicles to them for repairs in the past. Recently I had brake line leak badly, they fit me their schedule and got it fixed right before a snow storm. I will continue to use and recommend them in the future!

The team over at guaranteed auto repair help me out. I was broke down right away in the morning and fortunately they were able to get me in and provided great service! It was an expense I wasn't expecting but these guys did a great job

This place is amazing, with great friendly customer service. They also have beautiful and comfortable waiting room if you have to wait for your car with access to restrooms, which I found super convenient. Most places don't have anything like that. I got my alignment and exhaust done here and I've never been happier with an auto shop experience, usually you get shoddy work but definitely not from here. When they say guaranteed, they mean it.

I needed a lot of work done in a short time for an upcoming trip and these guys got it done. Adam worked hard to find me the lowest price for parts and the rest of the staff were super helpful with the million questions I had. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service and the guys are understanding and are willing to help out whenever you need it. I recently had my tie rod and serpentine belt replaced and they did it in the matter of an an hour or so. These guys know how to do their job! Whats even better about these guys is that they don't charge outrageous prices for parts and their labor cost is incredibly reasonable . They even offered to drop me off at my house after i dropped off my truck there .I recommend them to my co workers, friends, and family. Great service!

Had a new frame and tires put in my wife's car they did a excellent job. they checked over everything so it would be safe for my wife and called me about anything that was wrong with the car before just doing it. everyone was very respectful I would recommend to anyone.

We stopped in with an urgent problem just as they were closing on a Saturday, and they welcomed us in the door with no problem. They took care of the issue immediately and were so kind and helpful. They explained everything to me clearly and respectfully and did a great job. I am extremely grateful and very impressed, and I highly recommend them!!!

I came in to get the battery tested because of having some issues. They checked it out along with several other things that will be needing my attention before too long. Had everything explained very well.

A lot of these reviews are Inaccurate representations of this shop. None of these people whom have listed reviews have even taken their vehicle for a service. The staff does a good job, and Adam in particular helped me solve multiple issues with my car & even helped me re-torque some bolts to proper specs in order to ensure my safety in the long run. Will return for service !!

I just wanted to share my experience with Guaranteed auto and the mechanics there. I brought my 98 Sierra in for a loud clinking noise and the guys there found the issue and fixed it quickly, and at a fair price. Plus they tied up a few loose ends at no extra cost. Kolton practically diagnosed my vehicles issue by listening to it run when I pulled in. Forget calling this guy a mechanic. He’s a Jedi master when it comes to fixing cars. To my surprise, after looking into what was causing the problem, not only was he completely right about what was causing the problem but he went out of his way to make sure I understood what was going on and what steps were needed to be taken to fix the issue. It turned out to be a broken link and I was in and out of there within an hour! Honest, quality mechanics are very hard to come by these days when most people are just looking to make a quick, easy buck off of you. I’ll never take any of my vehicles anywhere else and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know with a vehicle.

I've been taking my car to Guarenteed Auto for quite some time now and I'm very happy with their service. The management and machanics really do take their job seriously and are very skilled and honest. I highly recommend. I wont take my car anywhere else now.

After having gone to several different auto shops in the area, Guaranteed Auto Repair was finally able to fix the problem in my 1995 Ford E250. Not only are their prices very affordable and fair, they were able to completely fix the problem within a few hours. They even went out of their way to fix small issues the vehicle also had at no extra cost. Other shops took well over a week to attempt to fix the problem with no success. I highly recommend Guaranteed Auto Repair and I definitely plan on going back for any future issues with my vehicle.

The Service here is the greatest. I wouldn't think of taking either of my Two Prius's anywhere else. I brought in my Prius and the service was great. Shawn and Matt took good care of my car and made it the least expensive as possible... Matt was very knowledgeable and courteous. He went above and beyond to take care of me. Integrity and honesty are traits that are hard to come by today. When you look those traits up you will find Rick the owner. I can't say enough about our experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will when asked where to go for service in the stateline area.
