My home was hit by a hail storm last spring, I contacted Pro Restoration and Ricky came out to complete an assessment. Ricky worked timely and efficiently with my insurance company under a tight deadline to gain approval not only for my roof to be replaced, but also a full siding job. I was especially happy with the netting they put up while completing the job to protect my new landscaping. The crew on site that day was flawless. Ricky stayed during the majority of the job and even after the crew left to make sure everything was cleaned up and assured there were no leftover nails or debris. I am so thankful for Pro Restoration and Ricky in specific! The house looks amazing and I will continue to recommend their services and Ricky’s expertise to anyone in need of home restoration.

Based upon my experience of dealing with Roof Replacement resulting from June 29th 2023 Hail Storm... I would like to recommend the services of Pro Restoration to support recovery from Storm Damage to a Roof.

In particular a shout out to Brayton Hillhouse, who was so helpful in guiding me through the challenges of my Home Insurance claim.

Brayton responded promptly and as a result of his efforts, actions and follow-up. I am pleased to report my roof has been successfully replaced with excellent results.

Although the Hail Damage occurred last summer, the claim approval was delayed because of the large number of claims. Through Brayton’s help and direct actions in meeting with Claims adjusters and providing supporting claim documentation, I received full Home Insurance approval of my claim in October.

Due to the October delay, Brayton advised, and I agreed, delaying roof replacement to the Spring would ensure the best Shingle adhesion with the warmer weather installation.

Brayton worked with us to select the best color match for roofing materials and gutter system damage. Then he followed up diligently in the Spring as he worked with the Pro Restoration Production Manager to schedule the necessary work.

Amazingly, the Materials showed up on a Friday for the work scheduled to be performed the following Monday... In one-day, a defect free roof was replaced.

All accomplished with a clean-up effort by the crew that left little evidence that the roofing work was just completed.

A week later, the Gutter System crew came in and replaced the gutters and downspouts.

After Damage from a hail storm. A representative from a roofing contractor came to our home and spoke to me about the damage. I decided to stay with them but no contract or any contact from them after i recieved insurance repair and check. I hadn't paid them anything or signed a contract. Waited from spring to fall for a phone call.
I saw roofs in our area being done by Pro Restoration and was very impressed. I called them and Alex came right the next day. We went over everything. Withing a few weeks we had a new roof and skylight. Our roof is beautiful..I'm so pleased with the design and colors. The Crews did a fantastic job! And made sure everything and all nails were all picked up before they left. New gutters and down spouts will go up in the next few weeks. I am very happy with Pro Restoration and the resu!lts! Rick was very good at his job. He helped me through all the different stages. The different crews that were here were very good at their job. They came did their job and were gone in great time. They cleaned after themselves so well that I didn't have anything to clean up after themselves. I can't say enough good about Rick the other people you have working for you. I will not hesitate to call Rick if I am ever in need of your service again.

A huge shout out to Evan from Pro restoration for an awesome siding job! We had vertical cedar siding on the front above brick-and didn’t want to put horizontal siding. Evan showed us an option of “Board and Batton”. It looks great! They were prompt and finished in one day. Nice clean up job- highly recommend!

After the tornado on March 31, 2023, I contacted Pro Restoration about serving as my contractor for repairs. Repairs included: Roof, gutters, downspouts, window wraps, and several other minor repairs. Our sales rep Andrew was awesome. On the day the roof work began, he was out of town and sent over another rep to ensure work being performed matched the order. Andrew provided ideas for upgrades (such as ridge venting) and offered contacts for other work we needed (chimneys, electrical, etc). Every time I called, he answered (even when out of the country) or responded back quickly with a text. Based some of the experiences of my neighbors, I am happy I chose Pro Restoration as my contractor.

Hail damage on the roof. Chris Cesna came out to assist in getting a new roof. Made it very simple and took care of all the insurance issues. Whole team did a great job was very impressed! Would recommend.

Chris was very thorough in explaining the process from beginning to end. He was especially good at staying in contact with our insurance carrier to keep things moving forward and updating us along the way. Both the roofing and siding crews were professional and thorough. Working with Neal and Pro-Restoration was a Pleasurable and Problem free experience. After the initial phone call to the insurance company, they did the rest. They worked out the details and submitted all the required paperwork necessary for the approval, repairs, and payment. They crew had removed 2 layers of roofing and installed the new roof in one day. Had some hail damage and just got our new roof completed (before and after photo). After our insurance adjuster denied our claim, Evan Gregory fought to get it approved. Evan was great to work with, over communicates and the pro restoration team did a great job!

A young man, Ricky, from Pro Restoration, got in contact with me and asked if he could work with me on my claim, and from that time on Rickey was in constant contact with me keeping me up to date on the status of my claim. Ricky was friendly, knowledgeable and relentless working on my claim until we were successful and I got my new roof. The pros working on my roof only took one day to install my new shingles. We had Pro Restoration do a complete roof replacement from damages from a hail storm. The insurance company, State Farm, kept the fight up to not cover the damage. With the help of Evan from Pro Restoration, I met every demand made by State Farm. It took eight months, but again with Pro Restoration’s help, got the roof replaced! I would totally recommend them!

Ricky Espinoza and Pro Restoration took care of us... smoothest interaction we've had with a contractor dealing with our hail damaged roofing and siding. Process was quick, professional, and we are happy with the end result. Evan Gregory and his team were fantastic from start to finish. I can't say enough great things about the professionalism of this company. We had a couple major hailstorms that damaged our roof. From the very beginning, Evan was incredibly helpful and communicative. Our materials were delivered on time and in full, the crew that came out was very nice and they worked so hard! It was evident that they were passionate about the work they were doing. When the roof was completed, Evan came back out and did a drone fly over to ensure everything was up to their standards before the crew even left.
