I had the pleasure of working with RPM Contracting for my insurance claim. I needed a new roof due to wind and hail damage, and RPM Contracting was heavily recommended by my Claims agent. I am SO glad I listened to their advice! From the get-go I got to work with Chris Sparacino, their Project Manager. Chris was friendly, kind, and VERY thorough in explaining every single option and step of the process. I ended up getting a whole new roof, gutters, and downspouts installed.

The materials arrived when stated, and the work began on time, and was completed efficiently. Chris even came back a second time with the magnet to help sweep the property for any leftover nails that the initial sweep may have missed, which I really appreciated since I have toddlers and a dog.

Communication was flawless, and every step of the process was clear and easy. If I had to recommend this contractor and team, I would do so to anyone, and give them a 10/10 rating. Thanks for the help!

I am the president of a condo association that needed our roofs replaced due to hail damage. We were so lucky to retain RPM Contracting to replace our roofs and gutters. Mike Addington was outstanding as our point person on the project. His expertise and experience working with insurance companies made everything very easy. Mike and Jon took the time to meet with our unit owners to explain the process, review the roof selections and answer any questions. During the installation Mike and Shane were onsite making sure everything went smoothly. The crews worked quickly and cleaned up at the end of each day. Communication and follow up was outstanding - I cannot say enough about what a great company RPM was to work with.

With almost everyone in our neighborhood going through some hail damage and repairs, we reached out to three companies for an estimate to see if we had enough damage to warrant replacement. The first two companies were here for 5 minutes each with little or no inspection of the roof and had an estimate for the total bid with out any line estimates broken down. When Eric Goodspeed arrived, he took almost an hour on the roof inspecting and taking pictures of the damage to the shingles, vent pipes and gutters. After a few days he sent an estimate with each and every thing they were proposing to replace. The estimate was so detailed I was really impressed. After choosing RPM for our contractor, Eric was in touch with us for every step of the roof replacement and is such a great guy to work with. When the time came to remove/replace the roof, Raul and his crew were fantastic. The gutter replacement men were out today and they look so good! We appreciate Eric and his professionalism, responsiveness and integrity that everything he promised was taken care of. We recently had our roof replaced by RPM following a hail storm. Throughout the entire process, Austin was great to work with. He was informative and patient as we worked through the details and decisions we needed to make. He was also very quick to respond to any questions we had and was thorough to make sure the job was done right.

I called Jon the day of a large storm that came through and he sent Austin to my house that day. I had already contemplated updating the style of our exterior as well. Austin inspected, and it made sense to make a claim on my insurance due to the significant visible damage.

On the day of the insurance adjustor inspection, Austin arrived and helped answer questions and point out specific damage. When the adjusters decision came back, Austin quickly reviewed, pointed out areas not accepted, and then worked with his team to resubmit the items that were not originally accepted by clarifying the rationale and it was all later approved.

Austin helped me with materials, upgrading to the best materials and long lasting protection and guarantees. He helped me with picking out the best colors that matched our vision. Our home is a 1957 red brick ranch with white gutters, soffits, fascia and siding. We decided to update and go with darker colors - Austin worked many extra hours to get me samples, request from different manufacturers their lineup of materials and colors.

Jon’s crew completed the work very quickly - a two day project due to the complete tear off and replacement of the entire exterior except the brick. The crew was respectful knowing I just replaced all my windows, and everything was cleaned up after each day. They tore off the roof and replaced the shingles, they tore off my old chimney flashing and replaced it, they tore off the siding, gutters, soffits, fascia and downspouts, and replaced it all. A complete renovation and it’s awesome!

My house looks great and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Jon, Austin and their crew.

I have had a few damaged roofs before, but as everyone knows, you get swindled when the roofing salesperson talks to you. When I talked to Jon and Austin from RPM, I didn't feel that way at all. They did a thorough review of the house to see if I missed any hail damage during my inspection. The roof they put on is amazing, their crew worked hard and were great, they picked up all the nails, and upon final inspection, they realized a few gutters had been dinged so they talked to the owner and he replaced all my gutters!! That speaks to the quality and integrity of the leadership, and the desire to see all their customers receive an excellent service. I was skeptical about roofing companies, but I am happy to put my name on here and give a recommendation for RPM.

Our project manager, Austin, was awesome. He and RPM communicated with our home insurance after they dragged their feet in paying the full amount for a new roof and siding after a hail storm last spring. Austin was prompt and provided excellent service, and our house looks beautiful!

Working with RPM made the process of replacing our roof and siding easy! Austin was easy to talk to when I had questions about the process. He even made two extra trips to my house to cut down branches on my tree that were hanging on my roof and to make sure my leaf guards were installed correctly.

Austin worked very hard for us after hail wiped out almost every roof in town. He worked directly with the insurance company and we were happy with his results with them and also with the work his company did. We needed some of the work done very rapidly and he gave us priority and the workmen did a very good job.

Mike and the team at RPM were great to work with. They came highly recommended by my insurance agent, and they showed why. Mike was awesome about coaching us through the insurance process and selecting the roofing that we liked best. After a hail storm, I reviewed multiple roofing contractors and found RPM. I can’t say enough. Austin came out, prepared a damage report, met with my home insurance inspector and worked with me throughout the project. He was professional, was consistent in keeping in touch to make sure I was satisfied and was on sight when work was done. RPM is the real deal, they work fast, get your house repaired and always ask you, the homeowner, if the work that was done is satisfactory. I would use them again for another project. James

We had hail damage in the Spring. I contacted RPM Contracting. Mike came out and explained the entire process and worked with the insurance company to get our claim paid in a timely manner. The team was there to install the roof when promised. Mike was there to make sure everything went smoothly.

I have used RPM a few times now for a few small repairs and most recently for a roof replacement. Austin has been great to work with.
