My girlfriend and I were in need of a new mattress and about 6 months ago we popped in to this store just to check it out. We were met by James and he was phenomenal. He’s super friendly and outgoing, really values your time and asks all the right questions, is very product knowledgeable and you can tell he truly cares about putting the customer and their needs above just making a sale. He provided such great customer service that we came back to this store specifically to buy our mattress. I would definitely recommend!

James is one incredible salesman and associate. I came into the place a few weeks ago looking for beds, just feeling around the types and prices at different places as I’ve never upgraded before. James was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Told him I would likely come back if I didn’t like anywhere else or needed more help. Came back the other day with a price range and he hooked me right up where we left off. The store and workers are both as equally great quality. Thank you!

Very neat and clean. The mattress expert, Daniel, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He had a great deal of understanding of the mattresses, components, and what will work best for me, and he did a great job of explaining it. He didn't try to push me into a mattress way out of my price range like some sales people will.

Dan genuinely cared about finding us the perfect mattress and explained everything we'd need to know about figuring out which mattress was right for us. The amount of information we learned is something I felt like we'd normally have to pay for haha. Thanks for being extremely helpful, personable, and polite while helping us find a mattress that we absolutely love.

This was the 1st store I walked into, and the sales associate James was so helpful and Kind, and went above and beyond. He showed me the area I was looking in, and helped me find a mattress within 15 mins. It was a great experience and I am fully satisfied!

James was absolutely wonderful with helping my boyfriend & I find the perfect mattress within our budget, to be suitable for BOTH of us; as we have different preferences with bed comfort. He was professional from us walking in and making it a point to learn our names to even opening the door for us on our way out. I have never experienced a purchase like I did with James. After a long day of moving & trying to purchase a new mattress, he truly was the highlight of our day with his professionalism, humor, genuine kindness and respect. Switched our entire mood around as we came in tired and irritable to leaving genuine happy.

James was outstanding. He took the time to help me pick a mattress that works for me. He was kind , friendly and so a lot of care. I would recommend James for further purchases.

Vincent (Vince) was extremely helpful and professional. He included our son in conversation and thanked both my wife and I for our military service and even shook my sons hand. That was a new one for me. He walked us through everything and explained the pickup process (we elected to pick up our mattresses instead of having them delivered). At every turn I'd recommend this store! Ask for Vincent!
