I wanted to wait until my delivery before writing a review. My experience in the store with Ivory was positive. I explained what I wanted and the budget I was working within and he helped me to find exactly what I needed. I thank him for that. The delivery was on schedule and Jose was a very nice man who brought the mattress and box spring up to my second floor condo. Overall my Mattress Firm experience was excellent. Luis was very helpful in helping us select a mattress. After we purchased our mattress it went on sale for President’s Day. It had only been a couple of weeks since we purchased the mattress. I gave him a call and he made sure we were credited for the difference. The service from Mattress Firm from purchase to delivery to the price adjustment was excellent.

Me and my boyfriend went in super early and met with ivory, I can’t say enough good things about him. he listened to us on all the things we wanted, he took the time to explain to us the difference between a lot of different beds. He was absolutely wonderful.

We purchased a adjustable bed frame for our mattress, it was delivered on 11-13-23. It has been the best sleep we have ever had. U elevated your head & no more snoring, the lumbar & elevating your legs is awesome. 3 guys delivered it they were very professional & took just about 20 minutes. Ty to the store manager Ivory super nice.

We purchased a Simmons Black® C-Class 13.75" Firm mattress at the Mattress Firm today in Machesney Park, Illinois store. Our salesman Scotty was very courteous and helpful in helping us choose a mattress that we were looking for. We are looking forward to getting our new Simmons Beautyrest mattress and will write a review after we sleep on it for a while.
