Edible Arrangements in Portage has incredible customer service. Each time I walk through the door, Jacob greets me with a smile. I love to visit the store with my daughter so we can pick something from the case. They usually have dipped fruit, cheesecake, and cupcakes ready to take home! The dipped fruit is our favorite! Thank you Jacob for always being so kind and patient with us as we decide what to purchase from the case!

First of all, Thank you so much Ashley! I am so pleased by the way I was attended the moment I walked in. I was undecided on what to choose for my mom’s birthday but Ashley was super helpful by providing me with sweet ideas and making this gift something I know my mom will LOVE! ☺ Highly recommend and will most definitely be back!

although I am unable to buy from here often due to the high prices, every time I do make a purchase, I am extremely happy with the product and whilst it is definitely pricier than some fruit gifts, it's worth every penny.

I got my mom's birthday gift here and also got a box of chocolates from here on my birthday; during both instances I was very happy with the pick-up service and the item was ready when stated.

would recommend this company to anyone looking for something a bit unique for that special someone who loves fruit!

I just received a fruit bouquet and it was beautiful and delicious. Delivery person was very nice too.

I had a sweet tooth and stopped in yesterday 9/13/23. Really wanted a cookie but saw cupcakes and got one instead.It was the most delicious cupcake I had in a long time. I will be back and be using them to send any gifts. The lady behind the counter was the sweetest ever!

Just had a beautiful Christmas arrangement delivered today that I ordered online. It turned out perfect, & arrived with a picture to show it made it! I'm very happy with the delivery driver, he had to leave it because they were late getting home, but he called to make sure it was ok. I use them every year, they are the best!!

I ordered an arrangement for my wife's birthday. The website was a bit finicky in how it worked, but I placed an order alright in the end. It never said what time my order would be delivered to my wife's work. I was concerned so I called the Portage store and asked. She told me the order came in after her drivers had left already so it wouldn't get there until later in the afternoon. I told her I was really hoping it would get to her around lunch. She called one of her drivers and had them stop back by to pick the order up. It made it to my wife right in time for her lunch break! I love when people care and don't operate like robots who can't affect any sort of change on the order of operations. My wife loved the arrangement. Would buy again!

Absolutely over the top customer service. I can not thank you enough for the arrangement I ordered for my daughter. Today is my baby's 13th birthday and I'm trying to keep her day filled with little surprises. So I was looking at one of the smaller platters you carry to go along with the rest of her gifts. I ordered one for same day delivery and left a note in the space provided saying happy 13th birthday. I was blown away when I saw the platter not only did it look fresh and delicious but you went above and beyond and cut a number 13 out of Pineapple and placed it on top without being asked. She loved it but most of all you made my daughters day that much more special. Thank you so much

This place did an amazing job with working with me last minute. Bought a celebration day fruit bouquet with chocolate dipped. I personally didn't feel there were enough dipped in chocolate but it was ready in less than 24 hours. It was kind of expensive at almost $60 but for a man who was about to go through surgery with not being sure he was going to make it. And it was his birthday. So a gift he could share with others on a scary day with perfect. Note: surgery went good and he is managing life now.

Extremely helpful, had to change delivery date and they worked with me to get everything delivered on time. The arrangement was beautiful and delicious.
