after another t-mobile gave us false information & geek squad failed us... not to mention apple is a joke! We found JACK! he was amazing so confident in his advice, helped solve our problem! this man knows his stuff!!! let me tell you! extremely grateful for him! ty ty ty jack!

Jac is the best sales person I have ever met. After dealing with horrible service at AT&T I was looking switch and went to the right person. Jac was patient and sweet. He definitely deserves a big raise. He’s really cute wouldn’t mind going back to him.

Brian and Jaq are amazing humans who really go that extra step to help customers! I appreciate all the time Jaq took to explain my options and provide best package for me and my family! Highly recommend this location and these 2 humans!

I was adding a line to my existing business account. I stopped in a couple of weeks prior to ask a bunch of questions. That person was super helpful. Stopped in yesterday to finally complete it. Logan M took great care of us! He was patient with all of our questions and requests and he was very knowledgeable. To me it’s always a long, complicated process to add services and get a new phone. Logan did a great job and made it so easy for us. I also love that this location is there now. Great service!

Jac and ryan were very pleasant n helped make my day better...I went to 4 different stores to have some type of service done for me n no one was able to help...when I walked in to TMobile they were very helpful and they helped me explain things n helped me get two phones in less than 30 mins they worked as a team to relieve my stress he even gave a better deal for my money which I loved...They were awesome guys that I don't want to see gone..now that I know that this TMobile actually help there guest n don't have there guest leaving out the door with out the satisfaction they came in with ...it's amazing that my headche went away once I amw into this beautiful place..I thank them so much for making me and my baby happy all over again...I will be back next month to pay my bill and I pray that they Are hwre

Was at other Joliet store closer to my house on Jefferson and they told me about pricing and the change to T mobile but they felt pushy I told them I had an appointment. Ended up at this store because also had to talk to Comcast. I was assisted by the manager Martin who gave me all the same information, but in much better depth. Took the time to go through everything! Meanwhile there were other customers who were yelling and this young man stayed calm addressed their concerns but they were way to over the top. Poor girl who had to deal with them. People have really gone downhill this last couple years, glad to know there are people who are outstanding! Glad i ended up here and not at the other Tmobile store!

Best service I've received in a long time. Was attended right away and was treated like loyalty. The store manager Kim was awesome. She helped me get best plan and phone to fit my needs. I walked out very pleased. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend. Make sure you ask for Kim.

Yesterday I went to this Sprint store for some help with my phone. The service I received from Ivanna was spot on! She fixed my problems and in no time I was on my way and my phone was back to working great. Best service I have ever had from a Sprint employee. Ivanna was quick, friendly and professional. Finally, a great experience from a cell phone employee.

Kim, the store manager was amazing! The store is super easy to find and plenty of parking. It's been a long time since I have had costumer service like that. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back with any needs.

The essington sprint store is the best in customer care! I am a senior and Michael's and felicia made explanations make sense. I didnt leave the store until michael made phone calls and corrected matters. My air speaker went out x 2and michael made the transition completely doable. If the staff at this store hadnt been 100 per cent customer service orientated. I would walk oug and leave the phone. I am grateful people like this still exixt.

The Manager Christian was very patient, helpful and courteous. A refreshing representation of T-Mobile even to a technical Idiot.

Great store, Great Staff!... Have been dealing with the fine folks here since they opened and have been a happy customer since. They do a great job of helping me manage my large Government account and getting any issues I have resolved quickly.

I walked in and I see a clean comfortable store, and I met one of this nicest people Amber C.
She was extremely helpful to get the best phone plan for my family.
I wont go to another store or agent besides Amber
