Fantastic staff. Knowledgeable and helpful. As someone still learning about cars in general, after a single conversation with the night shift manager I felt comfortable enough to try changing my oil without going to a shop. Saved money and learned how to take better care of my vehicle. 10/10

Tony D. was very helpful today (8/22/23 @ 3pm) with my battery problems. Temps reached 102° and he's out there switching my battery out and cleaning the clamps. Helpful dude!

Came in for a warranty exchange on the evening of 12/18, staff was super kind to myself and especially the folks who were having trouble before me. I live nowhere near here, but I'd gladly stop back in if I ever needed anything while in the area.

I've been to this store twice in the last 6 months or so. Staff is very friendly and willing to help with questions. Just bought and installed wiper blades by them on my car! Free battery checks too! I'd recommend going here!

My go to auto store. I love coming here because the employees are always so helpful and they have basically everything you need. Prices are reasonable as well! They always make sure to ask if I need help with anything or let me know that they are available if I do need help. Awesome customer service! And they don’t try to sell me anything I don’t need. I went in there the other day just for them to do a computer read on my car, which is a free service, and knowing that I wasn’t buying anything I was just coming in for this free service employees were still as friendly and helpful.

1/10/2022, Needed a new car battery in 10* weather. I bought it at this O'Reilly's in Shorewood Il. A friend was switching it our in their parking lot and needed a tool not in his tool box. Tony, who works there came out in this 10* weather, no gloves, had the proper tools and assisted in getting this done. Not only that, he was very polite! Thank you Tony and hopefully they appreciate you there.

I was looking for a part. I found it online and called the store on the phone. I asked the gentleman about the part told him the part number I was looking at, he checked to make sure it was on stock told me they had two of them. I told him I would take both. When I arrived the parts were on the counter waiting for me. I was in and out in under 2 minutes. Great service and open until 10:00 pm. Thanks

Great place. My car battery died during a road trip and call this store nearby. Helped me out installing the battery and making sure I hit the road again just fine. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable.

Had the parts I needed for both a 2013 Ford Taurus police interceptor and a 1977 Corvette running a zz3 crate engine. Nice to have a place that you can get both daily driving car parts and performance parts in one stop.

very nice auto parts store with a lot of automotive stuff in it. clean and well lit. i like it more than auto zone. prices are a little high but convenience and large selection is totally worth it. would recommend it to other people.

Very friendly and provided quick assistance. They did not try to sell me anything extra. I would definitely stop here again!
