Great walking path! Saw a lot of different plants & critters.

LOTS OF NATURE HERE!!
Watch where you step...SNAKES may bite if stepped on, even if nonvenomous!! I've seen different snakes daily near water fountain.

Watched 2 snakes in a hole in a tree slither down a tree.

Rabbits, frogs, dragon flies, birds, snails, etc.

Blackberries, mulberrirs, & wild grapes

Nice and quiet place to walk. Sometimes it feels like your own little world since rarely do I see many people out there. It’s just off the road enough that I don’t think it draws a ton of attention.

We chose to purchase a bench out here for my grandfather after he passed and recently I saw a board was broke. Probably just over time but I contacted the forest preserve office on site and Sue was on it right away. She contacted me back that very week and said they will be fixing it ASAP. Talk about impressed!! So kind of her!

There is a out building with a restroom, multiply benches to stop at, and a stand with dog bathroom disposal bags. There is quite the drop off around the top so be extra careful and make sure your dog is leashed.

Love this place. I go to walk my dog and get myself a lil bit of exercise. Clean quiet and very nice scenery.

great little destination with a nice soft to sit and enjoy a view of the "lake" before heading back home!

Great place to get out enjoy, just make sure you where the appropriate foot wear for the season, temperature and wetness

The main trail is only about a mile loop but it connects to a path that goes over to sports core so you can bike/walk farther. It's usually not too busy here with plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the views.

Nice paved path around pond. Also a nice un-paved path through the woods. Bike path leads to Sportscore. Usually not too many people here. Great park.

Really a lovely little grove wifi a pond surrounded by trees. A very accessible pond and great trails, very highly recommended.

Very nice path around a small Lake. It also has another bike path that goes all the way to the Sportscore!

Pretty. Be better in summer. Still a nice little walk. Alot of birds to see!

Nice bike path looping around the quarry lake. Formally known as Brown’s Quarry Preserve. Now WCFPD headquarters.

It is a great place to walk the dogs, paths that hook up to Sports core.
