Great service with the help from Amanda! She took her time to explain a lot of things to us. She was very helpful and friendly. We were very happy with our purchases. If you’re looking for a new phone tablet or Apple Watch, go see Amanda at the Rockford Illinois store on State Street.

Pedro saved the day! 1000% best employee at at&t. His patience was greatly appreciated and he helped us through every problem we faced while transferring and upgrading our phone and lines! He was fast and efficient and had lots of knowledge!

We walked in to AT&T today and Jon greeted us at the door. The reason for our visit was we had a few issues with our account. Jon methodically reviewed our account and gave us options. The Customer Service Tech Amanda at the State St. location went above and beyond to help me get a new phone line added. The whole process was fast and painless. It’s a nice change from experiences I have had with other providers in the past.

Zeek, the customer service representative was amazing. The store was very busy, but he very patiently took care of all of the clients he encountered. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure all of our needs were met before we left the store. I will highly recommend him to my family and friends seeking cell service.

We weren't able to get what we want but she set us up with equally as good phones that turned out better than we had originally wanted. I’ve been using AT&T for many years and have had excellent service, but I must say Amanda at the Rockford, IL store has been my favorite RSC. She is calm, casual, friendly, and still professional. Others have been friendly but rather hyper. With Amanda it was just a very relaxed and efficient experience.
