Had to bring in my CRV to get a timing chain replaced. Everyone was great and quoted a very fair price for the job. Will definitely continue using State Street Collission for automotive repairs!

State Street Collision did an excellent job repairing my car. I highly recommend them. Hopefully I won’t need them in the future; however, if I do they will be the first one I contact.

I have known Bill for years repairing my car and my kids cars. He is honest, personable, and reasonable. His work is exceptional. I highly recommend him. I wish more collision places were like his.

Had a radiator overheat while visiting my daughter. We got it to the place and we’re expecting bad news. Bill fixed the car in the morning and we were on our way very reasonably! They were very nice to work with and efficient! Thank you. Would definitely go back to them.

We lived a couple blocks from State Street and used them for everything. I had two kids in high school and the guys here always took care of their old car, odd breaks. Also took care of our car when it was hit by a police officer (ours was parked…another story). They always found the most reasonable price and repair, and often surprised me with how low the cost was. We moved from Geneva a few months ago and we miss State Street!

Friendly service. More than fair pricing for a very customized repair. I didn't need the door on my kid's car to be restored to new; I just needed the door to open from the outside after a minor bender dinged the door handle. No price gouging or overpriced nonsense from this establishment. Fair treatment and quick service. Very happy.

Bill did a spectacular job on a very complicated repair. I highly recommend the custom work and fair pricing for it. The office employees are very professional and polite at State Street Collision as well.

Bill's shop has serviced our vehicles for a decade and I couldn't recommend anyone or anyplace more highly. I know enough about cars that for years I dealt with dealerships and chain shops trying to sell unnecessary or overpriced services and simply knowing to decline them or do them myself. I always felt like I had to ask for my parts back after finding that one shop didn't do the work they charged for. I don't have to do that at State Street - they are a partner in caring for our cars and therefore in helping take care of our family. PS - Where else can you buy world-class Slap You Silly hot sauce as the same time as getting your car serviced? Thanks, Bill!

I am truly at a loss of words... Went to State Street Collision for an estimate and Bill’s kindness surpassed anything I could of imagined. He was able to “fix” my bumper and declined any payment.

I was in an accident earlier this year as someone ran into the side of my car at a 4 way stop. I wasn’t sure where to go for repairs, but my insurance agent recommended State Street Collision. I’m glad I took his advice. The staff was honest and up front about repairs and costs, and even dealt with insurance for me when they found extra issues from the crash and costs exceeded the original estimate. The work they did was great, they replaced trim and took care of the side doors, and the car looks as good as new (at least on that side!). Thanks, guys!

Went to have an estimate done and he told me he would not do the work because the rust on the car would keep coming back. I am super impressed by his honesty! Will be back when I need anything fixed on my cars!

We've been going to State Street Collision since 2013, for a variety of repairs - accident damage, mechanical work, optional cosmetic body work - and have always been treated well with repairs done at a fair price and on time. Bill is honest and practical and I won't go anywhere else for body work.

I had three substantial dings on 3 different corners on my car, each a separate circumstance and occurrence. I thought the car would never be the same again due to the unique color and body shape (Lime Green 2015 Dodge Challenger). State Street remained under budget and produced the car on time.
