Tom went to rehab.im out 6000.00.my dad is out 1900.been going to Tom and Dennis for like 18 years.so f ing sad

Owner is untrustworthy and unreliable. Don't count on them if they make a mistake on your tax return. The owner, Tom, made the same mistake two years in a row on my tax return, causing me to have to write a check each year to the IRS for almost $3000. The first year, he told me he would reimburse me for the penalty I was fined, but I never received a check. I have been contacting him this year since this summer. He won't return my calls. I ended up having to go there in person to talk to him. He gave me a made up sob story and told me a check would be mailed the next day. It never came. I went back there a few weeks later, and he greeted me in the parking lot and told me again he would have a check mailed the next day. Several weeks later, and still no check. He obviously doesn't want to make this right, and doesn't want to pay the money he owes me. Steer clear of this place.

Horrible buisness. Horrible experience. Never again. Highly caution you on using Tom. Scam artist theif that won't return your calls. Always has an excuse. This is the 3rd and final year I'll use this place. Every year there's been discrepancy. You can do better on your own

Past experience was great with them up until this year where they still haven’t filed my stuff in over 2 months and don’t answer the phone or return any phone calls. Took my money and ran! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Beware!! I bet your taxes haven’t been filed yet from this place in 2020 and it’s 3 weeks before April 15th.
