Walked right in and loved it after going to an appointment at the lansing verizen store that was set at 7 pm a week before, and they closed for no reason at 7 pm. But that's ok i found a new store that not too busy to get in.

Nicole the manager is very rude and the way she treats her employees is very sad. Her sterling sales from her employees is just pitiful and sad. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because of Cheyenne.

Worked with Cheyenne to port a number to Verizon. Excellent customer service. She went out of her way to make sure the process was as seamless and stress free as possible.

Crystal was extremely helpful! We were even having a hard time with Verizon associates in other stores but she cleared everything up, was very patient and understanding and kind. She knew what she was talking about and was able to explain different things to us as well. Definitely recommend this location!

Lyndsay was awesome. She was very knowledgeable, fast, and customer focused despite a very busy store. We had to recently change reps due to them moving on and didn't think we could do better. But Lyndsay exceeded our expectations. 5 stars. :)

When it comes to phone stores, I usually don't trust them. But when I walked into this store, they treated me like more than just another customer! They took the time to answer any questions I had and they did their best to make sure I got the perfect devices for me! I would recommend to any and everyone that is looking for new phones, or tv service, or anything!
