I went into Kays today to get my watch sized. All employees were very polite and helpful. I was greeted waited on immediately when I walked in the door.i was able to get my watch sized, and I was out the door in about 15 minutes. In all a very pleasurable experience.

Ann and Kelly and the girls at Kay's are absolutely amazing! Ann has helped us since helping pick out my wedding ring. The service and jewelry are of wonderful quality! We wouldn't go anywhere else! ☺

And was there the whole way through every step of the process help me finance for 18 months no interest the lowest of payments possible and never gave me any golf or any resentment just constantly good attitude good mood went through every bit of the store with me from front to back I had my family with me she had out suckers to the kids phenomenal 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!♥♥🎉😁

Took two rings in for re-sizing; one purchased from Kay's and the other a ring Ive had for over 45 years. The Kay ring was sized for free and cleaned and the other ring was not only sized but the black sections on the ring were redone beautifully. Staff was professional, friendly and efficient. My husband also had them look at a ring that he's had for over 40 years where the fire opal was coming loose. Even though they don't work with opals they directed us to other jewelers and they noticed that the 2 diamonds with the opal were loose. That ring is now in to be repaired and we thank the Kay's staff for advising us even though it wasn't one of their products. HIGHLY recommend Kay's. We've had our wedding rings (Leo diamonds) since 2008 and they still look great!

ANN & BRYNA went out of their way to help me find a bracelet for my wife. I was traveling for work and out of state. I was going from store to store and finding the website was not accurate showing who had it in stock. I called to the local Kay jewelers near my home, stated what I was looking for. While I was driving/traveling, Ann calls me said she looked on their corporate site and verified none were avail where I was and that they could have 1 in a day for me. I was saved. My Wife was Amazed on her new gift and couldn't believe how beautiful it is!

Went to pickup a ring for my girlfriend. Staff was super friendly and got in and out quick. They do check ID so bring your ID with you if you are picking up. Great experience and will be returning.

Always love the experience when going to this location. The employees are quick witted with knowledge of the merchandise, professional and friendly. If there were 10 stars, they would get them all!
