Extremely rude director. Staff that interrupted me and talked over me 3 times when I tried to tell him I wasnt going to the cemetery. Direct listened to gossip from an egotistical has to get recognition, moron. Service was supposed to end at 11 but the preacher hadn't even started the eulogy at 11 due to the arrangements were finalized before before the preacher confirmed when he was available. They extended the service without informing the family member handling things.
