I've never been a fan of going to the dentist but Melissa is awesome and does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth with no pain. Dr. Benassi is a rock star and does wonderful work. No hesitation recommending this group of people. The office staff is super friendly too!

As soon as my mom and I arrived to Dr Benassi’s ofice we were immediately greeted by flossy, their very cute and fluffy therapy dog. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Benassi is great! He is very approachable and understanding and took the time to explain the process. I love the way he took care of my mom. She was in a lot of pain and he took his time to make sure she was feeling better, he was very compassionate at all times and he made sure you felt like an individual and not just another patient. Wonderful people!! They were amazing with my 5 year old . My boyfriend is also sad his insurance changed and can’t go to them anymore!! If you are undecided I assure you they are the right choice!!

Dr Benassi and Dr Newcomer are amazing! They are gentle, kind, and patient with all 3 of my children. Dr Newcomer has even sang a little tune in the past to help my child get through work being done. Before finding their practice, I had several experiences that were distasteful to say the least. Every Single Person that works under their practice expresses the compassion I only wish was a norm. Even with their practice being out of network for our particular insurance, I find every experience in their office worth it and then some. They have even reached out to check on my smallest when I had to leave their office and take him to Children's Dental in Madison due to an abscess and need for sedation. It wasn't required, they cared about him, wanted to make sure he was doing well, and make sure there wasn't anything else they could do to help. There is no other place in Rockford (or surrounding area) I can wholeheartedly reccomend or trust with the care of my children's teeth. I am grateful that they were recommended to me by a friend and I took one more chance to find an office I could be confident in and that would give my kids the care they need, and the compassion they deserve! I always have a good experience at Banassi family clinic. I have been going there for 25 years. Dr. Benassi is not only My dentist, I also consider him My friend. The people he has working for are also very friendly. Going to the dentist is not my most fun experience but the folks at Banassi's make it as pleasant as possible. I would whole heartedly recommend them. You can't go wrong with Banassi Family Dentistry.

Benassi family dentistry is the only place I trust with my family. They have become family over the years we've are truly such great people. They put 150% into everything they do and are passionate about the level of care always being top notch. Weve used them for everything; most recently for a tounge and lip tie revision on our newborn. They made it simple and that same night she stopped spitting up or having reflux and started sleeping through the night.

A fabulous family based and owned dentistry company. Even with all their expansion over the years, they continue to make you feel part of their own family. Great service and high expertise to put your mind at ease. Like mom said...you have only one set of teeth so treat them like pearls! Great place to keep the shine in your pearli whites.
