PS FOOD MART # 1021

Lady unfortunately had her card declined for just a fountain drink, before I could offer to pay, the employee told the lady to just take it. Great act of kindness when some would’ve taken it back and dumped it out because “it’s policy”.

This morning I was greeted by the sweetest person ever, Paula! She was so kind, helpful and welcoming. Thank you Paula for making my morning a little warmer and for the Toffey coffee!

You guys need to really change the hours on the window. I usually go to you guys after a late night at work, couldn't this time because you guys close at 12 now? When it says 1 am on the window...pretty disappointed.

I came in at 430am when they open and the doors still locked and the lights off. I wait like 5 mins and call the store. The lady working answers the phone and says good morning. I ask her if there open and she says yes. I then tell her that I'm at the door and it's locked. She got so mad at me. Very rude and says she will not be rushed. Hangs up on me and still wants another 10 mins to open. I was almost late to work because she was late to work. Please look into this.

Staff unwilling to acknowledge customers that walk in building, will walk past customers in store to help drive thru
