BIG shout out to Trey (i do hope im spelling that correctly) the night manager! a small mess up with my door dash order was easily fixed after a conversation with Trey. a very, very kind human who made my graduation day 100% better after getting my food!

Does Taco Bell is accurate and friendly. Most of the time you do have to ask for sauce because they forget or they just don't have the policy to ask you for sauce preference. My only complaint really is the lack of sauce in the lack of napkins.

Amazingly fast drive thru at lunch time. Barely had time to put my wallet away before they were handing me my food. Great job crew!

Went through the drive through about 1 am Friday morning. Ordered for 5 of us. Didn't catch the young man's name taking orders/at window, super nice! We got our food so incredibly fast that all of us thought, no way is this going to be right. Pulled into a parking spot to eat before hitting the expressway. Every single thing was correct, fresh, hot. Thank you to whomever was woking!

I went here in a late night blizzard with about 20 of my groupies looking for a quick meal. I thought that we might traumatize some employees with our sheer numbers, but all 20 of us were in and out in 15 minutes. There was no dip in the quality of the food and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Yes absolutely Love the Marshall mi Taco Bell! They actually made my food without SOUR CREAM! I can't have that at all! They only one who made it right! I always have it on my food at the Charlotte mi Taco Bell🤬! Plus the service was awesome at the Marshall mi location. They didn't just throw it in the box! I will be back to this location 💗!

This Taco Bell is always so thoughtful and courteous. Nice asking for your order and great pick up speed during the day. I always tip this people. It is so nice to open your bag and find a note from Dee and Laureen. I’ve had “Have a wonderful day” on a note from these two. And that is not the 1st or 2nd time that had happened. You all “Have a wonderful day “.

The young staff was very upbeat and friendly. I was very impressed with my tacos - they actually had the correct portion of everything. So far this has been the best Taco Bell that I have been to in Michigan.

Todays experience was very pleasing. The cashiers for the drive thru was Bella and Maria, their natural cheery attitude and speed of service makes you want to come back and leave with a smile

Out if all fast food chains that are in marshall. I have always came to this taco bell to get food bc it always had the currect price that EVERYONE has in the u.s where as places like mcds charge a full 40cents more on EVRTYTHING then all mds around the u.s so this place gets 5/5 for this overall customer service and willing to show compassion ti someone to is struggling. Im not gonna write a novel. So ill end it here. Hope you guys have a really good rest the year and get evrything you need or may want. Thank you

Used the drive through 4 minutes before closing (1:00 am closing time) and was greeted with wonderful customer service despite the circumstances. and they gave extra diablo sauce ;)

The Marshall Taco Bell is my favorite in the surrounding area. They actually fill my food instead of giving mostly shell.

The employees paid for our food after our apartment burned down. It was the most touching experience I've had in customer service. ❤

Taco Bell is always consistent. Went on Labor Day and they were still as friendly as ever. Very good establishment. The dollar value menu is always a good deal and the Power Menu bowls are a great healthy alternative.

Taco Bell in Marshall is the best around! My order is always right...but more importantly they are always super friendly!

I rarely eat fast food but my husband really wanted to try Taco Bell's Breakfast Tacos. He said they were yummy! They looked smaller than I was thinking they were going to be but thumbs up from the hubby!

Absolutely amazing service, cashier who my order was very kind and welcoming. Food was prepared well and packaged in my to go bag nicely as well

We went through the drive thru at 10 pm. The service was fast and very good. The food was hot when we received it and it was exactly as ordered. We had a good experience and recommend it highly.

Always a good experience through the drive thru. Haven't had any issues either! Everything is correct and in the bags with napkins, utensils ect.
