Good experience, would recommend them for your next camper rental. Chase was easy to get in touch with always answers his phone and very easy to deal with. Even though our schedules didn't match up he made sure he followed through on what he said, provided the camper of choice. And sent me links to view the layouts of each. Very glad I chose this place over others I considered. Will do business with them again.

I used the unites before they were purchased by Porter Storage. Did not have any trouble. However, in 2021 while I was home my unit was broke into. The lock was ripped off. I was not informed. In fact I discovered it. Mr. Porter did not seem worried about fixing the door right away as it may have been broken for a few days prior to my discovery. I filed a police report but was told because he does not have security cameras there was going to be little they could do. Mr. Porter would not talk to me about any of this. In fact, he avoided me like the plague. I moved to another storage unit that had security. I had over $12,000 of belongings stolen from Mr. Porters storage units and he did nothing. Also, false advertising for 24/7 security and cameras because he does not and even told the police he doesn’t. I hope you steer clear of this facility.
