Plaza Tire Service

Scott at Plaza Tire was extremely helpful with my car. I thought I just needed a quick tire patch and an oil change. What I really needed was 4 new tires and an oil change. Thanks for the recommendation, it wasn't in the budget, I think I said my budget was "free" but my car feels like a brand new car now so I totally see a difference. Thank you.

Both of the guys behind the counter were exceptionally helpful. I went in for an oil change on my 2023 Jeep. This was its very first oil change. We then discussed when i should rotate the tires on my brand new Jeep. Also tire prices and styles for my future tire purchase. I think one of them was the MGR. Both were very knowledgable and great customer service.

Jim took care of my friend and I after a horrible experience with Midas. We were very happy with how informative and caring Jim was with us. 10/10 customer service. We will be returning here exclusively after our wonderful experience on September 6.

Although, understaffed in such a small shop, the technicians did an awesome job. I watched them take care of customers in distress and still handle appointments in a timely manner! The service I received from Scott Hensley was outstanding. He worked me in on a busy Saturday, had to order 2 of the 4 tires and finished the job on Monday. He explained the process and the warranties fully. This is the first time I have dealt with Plaza Tire and it was very positive.

Really wasn't too expensive like I thought just a bit over Walmart price but was local and very friendly was less than 400 for 4tires with a warranty

I’m from South Carolina. I had a tire going flat. The manager brought me in, even though he was short of staff. He directed me to where I could get a meal while I waited. Before I finished my meal, he called an my car was done. He explained the problem. I’m so thankful to find someone in a small town willing to go the extra mile to help a stranger.

As I was about to leave IL for the last time I was picking up my 2016 Chevy Cruz. The oil needed changing. I didn't have an appointment and have medical issues namely a blown right knee and a cracked very lower back. The guys said we are booked but we will work you in. They didn't know about the medical conditions. They called and found that a mouse had destroyed my air filter. Top notch service and treatment! I highly recommend this fine shop.

They were short of staff but still got me in and out in a reasonable time. Very courteous and apologetic for a slightly longer wait. Made sure my daughter and I were comfortable while my car was worked on.

The person that took my appointment was very professional and when finished gave me an estimated time my next tire purchase will be recommended. Explained any warning signs of issues he seen mainly loose play with ball joints underneath my car. I will continue to bring my car due to the continual service I have received. Thank you
