Amazing customer service, great experience! I went in looking for an over jacket of some sort and left with that, a dress, earrings to match, AND an amazing duffle to travel with. I'm so glad I stopped by, and can't wait to go back! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I'm at a weird time of my life when it's hard to find my confidence with my mom-bod, and Undeniably Boutique did just that and then some. So incredibly thankful for things I feel great in!

Undeniably Boutique is a wonderful hidden gem in the Kalamazoo/Portage area. They offer so many trendy products and fashionable choices for events and every day life. Alissa is insightful and eager to help you find the best possible fit and make up for your specific look and style. She's always up to date on all the trends and is amazing! She's also a fabulous MUA.

Alissa and her team are amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you get quality service as well as anything you need to make your experience with them as convenient as possible. One of my favorite things, because like most people I’m really busy, is when they showcase new stuff or have live sales. They make the process for this super easy so you can easily do this during lunch or in the school drop off/pickup line. I highly recommend them.

Today was my first time in undeniably boutique since they opened their storefront. It was such a great experience! As a southern girl, I appreciate a good boutique since there aren’t many around the area and there was so many cute clothes to choose from, everything was just adorable! The customer service was exceptional as well! I had expressed my insecurities about my body and Alissa went above and beyond to find something that fits me well. She even picked out things I would never have thought about trying on before and when I tried them on, I fell in love and purchased! Alissa sure knows what she’s doing!
