The lady that runs this place is a vape scientist. She knows everything about the vapes she sells. She hooked me up with a $15 starter vape and mixed my juice with nicotine right there. She is awesome. She knows everything chemically about the different juices and is very knowledgeable. This place is 2 hours by bus and train from where I live but I'll make that trip anytime I need any vape stuff. She's just that good and accommodating. Love the place. All mods and pens are here. Tetra8 weed sold here. Great place.

I have been dealing with Cignot and its owner for many years (2013) and just really felt it was time to give some props for the ever constant terrific customer service and attention.
Few retailers are as helpful and experienced as this chain; we're all very lucky to have them.
During this CV19 time, it has been very stressful on everyone and just talking to the owner instills calm, lol! Keep up the great work, you guys are the best!!!!

Best vape shop I've been to. Prices are the same as online (ex: suorin air pods for $2 vs $15 at a shop by me) and that's the least impressive part. Their juices are custom made in small batches so despite their menu of a couple hundred flavors, you can make anything you can think of. Take their recommendations though, these guys know what they're talking about.

Bonus I forgot about: 0 nic flavors can be tested to make sure you get the perfect flavor for you

I've been here twice, one to buy a new vape, and once to make sure my vape was working correctly. They have an excellent staff, very knowledgeable and courteous. I was never pressure to buy anything and I felt like the choices I made were perfect for myself.

Needed to get a vape battery, Chris was very helpful! Guided me right and actually seemed to be enjoying his work of helping people make informed decisions. Will be visiting the store for my vaping needs regularly.

Will is awesome. Never vaped before. A nice selection of quality equipment, and Will was able to explain features, functions, and advantages of various vapes. Easy parking across the street in municipal parking. Easy access as well from public trans (green line)

I give this place 10 stars!!! I have to say Chris was absolutely amazing!! He really knows his stuff on vaping!!! I wanted to quit smoking and I Google vape places close to me and here we are!!! From the time I walked in and every time I've been there he's been a GEM!! I was nervous cause I really wanted to Make sure i was not going to go back to smoking, and He explained everything to me step by step, which product to start with and what to end up with in the future!! How to lessen my juicing milligrams by changing the intensity on the vape hit!!! I mean EVERYTHING I needed to know !!! I will ONLY go to cignot for my vaping needs!! I've visited multiple cignot locations since and I've NEVER EVER LEFT UNHAPPY!!!! THANK YOU CHRIS!!!!!

I had been having a hard time getting a replacement glass tube for my smok 22 pen plus. I don't do any purchasing online. I tried many of the surrounding shops near me...with no luck. I saw Cignot, on a search that I did and decided to go there. I live in Berwyn. Cignot is in Oak Park. What could go wrong? Nothing! I walked in, and was greeted by Laura. Awesome, awesome, awesome. I told her what I needed...gave her my Smok device, and she went right to what I had been trying to get from the other stores. I told her that it was the right one...she made sure that it was. She placed the glass tube, she placed the cap on it, and made sure that it was secure. Friendly, alert, attentive, and just awesome. Cignot is my vaping store. Laura...you ROCK!
