Courtyard Cafe & Bakery

I walked in on a whim at 6 in the evening and ordered California salad and carrot cake. Ordered it on carry out. Price of both was around $17. The business sits on a town square. A very Quiet atmosphere. Good service. Staff was kind and helpful. Very clean. California salad had strawberries, mandarin oranges, lettuce and pecans. I had it with poppy seed dressing. All was fresh and crisp. Carrot cake had a definite cinnamon taste. Icing was delish. I think it may have been in case a couple days but dried out parts didn’t take away from overall good flavor

The grilled cinnamon roll is incredible. Highly recommend that with some hot coffee and breakfast. Nice friendly staff.

The catfish fillet sandwich was delicious and the creamy coleslaw was also delicious will definitely be back for more fish

Went for the first time today. It was really good. I had the pony shoe and while it wasn't made quite like how I'm use to it was very good. The taste of the hamburger was amazing. I will definitely go again when I am in town.

The wife and I are recent transplants in the area and were looking for a quick bite to eat. We reviewed their menu online and saw they offered a BLT on the lunch menu. We both ordered one and they were great. You might think it is just a BLT but I have had some bad ones in the past. The bacon was crispy, but not too chrispy, as well as the tots and fries. Prices were great and service was great. We will be back and try the breakfast menu.

My husband and I stopped for breakfast. Everything was great.

The atmosphere is unique, the hot beef and mashed potatoes (on Wednesday's). We plan to stop in here again!

Nice place - as a newcomer to Pittsfield I've recently come to find out about this cafe and I've visited a few times. Good service. If you're looking for some comfort food this is the place to go! Hands down the best cheeseburgers in Pittsfield too.

One of my favorite places my grandparents take me to every time I’m back home to visit. The tenderloin sandwich and horse shoes are always amazing! We love this place!

Awesome food it is so good. Some of the best breakfast I've had in a long time. I definitely recommend eating here. If your ever in Pittsfield in the morning time and you are looking for somewhere to have some excellent breakfast, you should really check this establishment out.

On the top of the list of mom and pop restaurants to visit in Pittsfield Illinois. Their food is usually good. Quaint vintage decor in the dining area. Centrally located on the square in Pittsfield. Prices are a bit high but hey what do you expect with a small business trying to compete with the large corporations. Great little local restaurant to visit if you are ever in the area.

Great place to eat. Well prepared buffet and excellent menu. Love the wraps and salads as well. And don’t forget a slice of pie. Making this a must stop for our visits to Pike County for any meal.
