Marshall Browning Urgent Care

We had a great experience at MBH Urgent Care last week. I took my 14yo in to be seen. Nurses Sophie and Madison were so attentive and showed true care and concern for her. Thank you ladies!

I have been sick with a virus for 10 days. Was getting better then woke up feeling worse and had temp. I went to urgent care and the drain I had either the flu or possibly covid. I told her I've tested negative for covid. I got this from my husband who tested neg for flu, covid, rev. She totally ignored me. Said I had probably caught another virus. She totally disregarded anything I said. For various reasons, I felt like I'm getting a sinus I faction. She didnt check my ears. She didnt check my nasal passage....she didnt touch me! They tested me for covid flu rsv and something else. They were all negative. I will never go there again. She didnt listen and was very patronizing bad experience and a waste of time and money!
