Filling out new patient information online streamlined the entire process and made my first appointment fast and productive. The doctor and staff were very kind and professional. They clearly and concisely explained to me my options and were transparent about the cost of alternate options. I am incredibly satisfied with my experience here.

The entire staff were all very welcoming. I only had to wait about 10-12 mins. The waiting room is decorated is such a fun and cute way too! They had drinks in a cooler for patients to enjoy. I have put off going to the dentist for way too long, and I am glad I chose Dr. Jones at Murphysboro Smile Design to be the one I established with. She was great at listening and addressing any and all concerns I had. I felt at ease talking to her and her assistant, even the front desk staff! I would recommend them to anyone asking. I only wish I didn’t have to wait 3ish weeks for my first appointment, however- I am glad I was able to get established there either way.

The whole team is great! Nice, respectful, and they know what they’re doing. I drive over an hour to my appointments and it’s worth it to get great results from friendly people.

My hygienist Kelly did a very good job. I haven’t been to the dentist in a year and a half and I had quite a bit of build up and she did a great job and took her time. I really appreciated that.

I could never (wouldn't even try to) find a more AMAZING dentist office than this place. The parking lot is tight but that's the worst of it! Staff & dentist are all outstanding at what they do! I could go on & on about the cleanliness, friendliness & the way they show their compassion. Not to mention, Dr Reeves (dentist) really knows her stuff & goes out of her way to get you the best quality product & her undivided attention when you need it. It's absolutely beyond wonderful in a great way! See y'all in a couple weeks.

I hadn’t seen a dentist in 15+ years due to fears and anxiety. Shalane and her staff made it so comfortable and easy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

The scariest thing for me is visiting a new dentist. Dr. Reeves and everyone in the office was extremely friendly and courteous, but the added bonus was having Tammy as my hygienist. I am thankful to everyone at Murphysboro Smile Design for making me feel comfortable.
