Everyone was so nice! Went in for my first appointment & doc took care of me the same day. Amazing results! I was super nervous not being to a dentist in 11 years, they made me feel so much better about it! Love my smile again ❤ thank you all so much

I have been here a few times. I have nothing but good things to say. My first experience with them was during Covid. I had a tooth which had cracked. I called and they were able to see me the very next day. I have been back a time or two for fillings. I recently called with a dental emergency and they were able to get me an appointment within a few days. The staff has always been able to accommodate my needs. The doctor is professional and takes time to explain things. I will be going back soon to get more work done.

Very sweet he couldn't do everything but that's understandable but he did make sure I was not in no pain took his time and made sure I was comfortable the hole time

Love this dentist office and staff ♥ The dentist is awesome he has helped my whole family and extended family with anything teeth related ... The kids love him say that he is nice and gentle 👍It's really hard to find a dentist for kids and our kids love him ... The receptionist and dental assistant are rockstars⭐ ... Super nice very helpful jokes around like my family does with one another really nice people all around 💯... I don't understand the negative reviews unless they were @$$holes to the staff and dentist 🙉🙈🙊

Accept Aetna insurance . Couldn't do a whole lot for me but made sure that I wasn't going to be in pain.

I've visited this dentist multiple times and am completely satisfied with their services. They have a pleasant and courteous staff and their rates are as fair as I've found. I'd give them five stars but I'm a cheapskate.

It's hard to get a hold of them at time. Dentist did a great job on my teeth

Took my granddaughter to this dentist. The receptionist was not welcoming when we arrived. Handed her the paperwork and promptly closed her window. No smiles, no cheerfulness at all.
They called her name to go back and when I was about to get up to go with I was met with a hand ✋and told only she goes back. Ok- maybe there's not enough room but no need to be snippy.
When my granddaughter and the nurse came back out, I was told she needed to see someone else that does sedation. Was told she flinched too much. Ironically, the patient before us (a young lady about 15 yrs old) was told the very same thing. I have taken my granddaughter to the dentist several times. I have always been told how good she is. She has had cavities filled and needles don't bother her. She freely gives blood at the doctors office.
My granddaughter was upset and said he was hurting her. She never had a novicaine shot and he was digging by her gums. Have a little compassion? Not here-steer clear.
I wouldn't let my worst enemy go here and be treated the way she was. Steer clear of this dentist.

Receptionist is rude and hateful. Purposely canceled my appointment due to personal matters out side of her profession. HER EXCUSE WAS I DIDN'T CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT VIA TEXT which I NEVER received I then asked her to see proof the text was sent and she refused I then asked to speak to the dentist and she advised he doesn’t talk to patients. Which I don’t understand when this man was suppose to be working on me so why wouldn’t he speak to patients. This dentist is letting that receptionist Heidi ruin his practice. If you’re going to work in customer service at least act like you like your job . I made a review to better business and Illinois dental board on her actions of discriminating me and canceling my appointment and making me reschedule and she then proceeded to call me after they received the review and suggest the dentist said he won’t see me at all because I made a review on her behalf .? Not sure if they have a thing going on or what but this whole place is unprofessional and they need to work on there people skills . If you want to be treated poorly , bullied , and discriminated this is the place to go. I am now seeking therapy for the way she treated me like a dog. I feel so low as a person now thanks Murphysboro dental center . Not only was this the only place that took my insurance but now I’m self conscious teeth are going to fall out and will have to relocate my family just to receive dental care ,

Worst experience ever I went in and the place was dirty the receptionist was rude and the doctor wouldn't preform a full mouth extraction like I wanted. Lady who took my exray was nice but I wouldn't take my kids or pets to this place I have seen vets that are cleaner and more professional

I called last week and explained to the lady who made my appointment that I was coming in for a tooth extraction. I get there today, the dentist looks at my teeth, leaves the room, the assistant (who was super sweet) came in and did x-rays and then came back and told me the dentist doesn't do tooth extractions. For one, why even have me come to this appointment after telling you what I needed done, when you don't even do that? For two, what dentist doesn't pull teeth? I honestly feel terrible for the ladies working in his office. What a waste of time, why is this place still in business? They gave me a list of other Dentists I could call, that I've already called. The list was hand-written & copied & printed out, so I'm sure they have to give this list to people quite often which is sad. The only thing helpful they did for me today was give me a prescription of Amoxicillin, but I could've just went in to a walk-in clinic for that. Bad business, the Dentist was also pretty rude for the 3 minutes he was in the room with me. Wouldn't recommend.

DO NOT TAKE ANYONE YOU LOVE TO THIS PLACE!!! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! I wouldn't take my dog to this place much less my child!!! So rude and disrespectful! My child has autism and they treated him like he had some sort of disease when he tried to hug the nurse. I will travel wherever I have to, to find a dentist that's fit for him. Horrible part of town, you walk in to the office and get a vibe that it's a front where homicides take place! Awful awful awful! I will be calling the BBB on them!

This place is a joke, a step up from a fly-by-night operation. X-ray is modern but janky, can't take a x-ray with out locking up the computer. With half the needed x rays and a cursory glance at my teeth, The dentist declares, " You need a oral surgeon, all 4 wisdom teeth need to go". Yet no X-rays of them.
Go at your own risk.

I had an appointment scheduled, but that day injured my back and h ad to make an emergency chiropractic vist. Then went for my transplant evaluation. Because I didn't have the wherewithal to call and cancel, I've been banned forever. I explained myself but they don't care
Being the only Medicaid dental around the entire area they can be petty.
