I seriously have no idea how this business stays open. I have called there no less than a half a dozen times in the past couple years trying to get someone to answer the phone when I need title work done, or to check their hours, but yet nobody ever answers. I stopped by there today to get some title work done and stood in the lobby for 5 minutes and nobody ever came to greet me. I thought because we live in a small town I would give them my business instead of going to title place in Rockford but if this is how you're going to operate, why are you even in business? I usually would hesitate giving a bad review to anybody, especially somebody here in my own town but literally, I give up on this place...I'll take my business to Rockford from now on i guess...
