After reading reviews I was nervous about taking my dog here but my dog and I had a great experience today. The Vet Tech and Dr. Clement were A+

I’ve had a great experience with the Joliet VCA Animal Hospital. The staff are always very polite and helpful, especially Cheri who always is there when I visit and goes out of her way to help me and answer questions.
I recommend VCA Joliet wholeheartedly and I’m glad the Veterinarians closer to me weren’t taking any new clients.

Dr Beyers and all his staff go above and beyond. We have been with them over 10 year’s. There quote is ( we treat your pets like family) is absolutely true! Our hearts are full of love and appreciation for them. We lost our GS suddenly and Dr. Beyers and his staff tried there best to care for our Natasha. Dr. even sent us a sympathy card he wrote himself with heartfelt sentiments about Natasha. They are the best and truly love and care. If you want best team go to VCA Joliet. You will not regret it.

We have three cats and a dog. We first started meeting with doctor byers when our dog was a puppy. To say this staff goes above and beyond is an understatement. In almost two years since switching everyone to this vet, we've been able to make sure our whole family is cared for. We've dealt with surgery, meds, vaccines. Every time I get so much compassion from Dr byers. Every time I see my pets, I'm thankful for my vet.

The staff was wonderful! They met the needs of my pet at a short notice and made us feel welcomed. I didn't feel like they just wanted money, they took the time to thoroughly explain things and that meant alot to me. I was late to an appointment with my old vet and they wouldn't see us, I had a death in the family, VCA Joliet Animal Hospital gave us hope and treatment with compassion and understanding when I needed it the most. Thank you VCA Joliet, you're the greatest!!!!

From setting up the appointment to the decision day, the staff was warm, compassionate, understanding and all around supportive through the very tough time.

I brought my Severe Macaw here for boarding for a week. I was a nervous wreck trying to find a place to board as he is a biter! Also, birds can get sick very easily and they hide it so I wanted a place with a vet on staff. This place put my mind at ease! His cage was kept clean, the water was fresh, and so was the food. They also let me bring in his cage so he would have more room and feel at home. This was his first time ever being boarded. They told me he was a blast to have there and only squawked on the last day. He had his normal demeanor but was happy to go home. It is nice to have a place to take your exotics to and not have to worry about them not knowing what to do. I will be using them again. So, if you need a place to board your bird or other exotic this is the place to do it. Also, it was insanely cheap!

Excellent clinic! I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and they have always been caring and compassionate with my pets. Dr. Schaht is a very "old school" doctor and is very honest about what you absolutely need or don't need in terms of treatment. Staff is very friendly and caring. Highly recommended.

We had to put our boxer down and boy was it a tough decision. I go there for my kittens and Cheri is the absolute best! She is so helpful with getting appointments and understanding what shots and treatments they need and pricing, she's a godsend. My pets are well taken care of and I'm so glad I'm with this animal hospital!

I took my dog in because he kept tilting his head to the side and kept whining. The doctors ran a test and turns out he had an ear infection. The staff was really nice and they treated my little fur baby so well. I will be going back to update hits shots here

I've been taking my dogs here for over 20 years. I like majority of the staff And I have always taken good care of my dog. Also Sandy is an excellent groomer!

Very conscious of care. They really take time to explain everything in detail. They take exceptional care of my pet. They are very reasonably priced. I'm very comfortable leaving my pet in their hands.

I travel for a living, and it is difficult when I need vet care on the road. The ladies here took a last minute appt. At 5pm to get my dog in before 7. They were also the most reasonable price vet I have ever been to, and instead of charging me for an emergency visit for an out of towner, they discounted my first visit and got what we needed to get my dog and I back in the road for much less than I expected. Highly recommend this vet hospital and their wonderful staff.

Got the beastess in in less than an hour. Polite, professional and caring. If I lived there this would be her veterinarian.

Quick to make an appointment. Friendly staff. Drs are always helpful. They do everything to help keep cost low. Been bringing pets here since i was kid and will continue to do so

I had to reorder my dog’s Rx. It was quick, easy and convenient. The staff is friendly. But do we really still have to do car side only?
