AAA

Needed a tow by Belmont on 7/10/24. The driver went above and beyond and was a great guy in general. The driver was Jonathan and has been with AAA for 17 years, hopefully this gets back to him, deserves a raise

Roger was friendly, fast, and updated me on my service. Unfortunately, the service works best if you’re downtown. Fortunately, I was downtown when my vehicle stopped.

I have never in my life received customer service of this level. Rodney and his team went above and beyond my expectations and I genuinely wanted to make sure that they were recognized for it.

On street cleaning day in Lincoln Park, I found myself unable to start my vehicle. I called AAA and two young gentlemen, one on his first day of training, came to assist. After determining that my battery needed to be tested and unable to find a spot to relocate my car they offered to have me bring my car back to the garage on Erie and Halsted to be safely kept there while testing my battery.

Not wanting me to wait around for my car all day, Rodney handed Elliot the keys to his truck to take me all the way back north to Lincoln Park. Now just after that, I thought "Wow, they are amazing!".

When Rodney called me the next morning, as he promised, to inform me on the situation with my battery he asked what my address was...so he could come pick me up to take me back to the garage. I was flabbergasted! This man, who oversees the Roadside Assistance department, was taking time out of his morning to pick me up at my apartment door so I didn't have to take the bus to go get my car.

Simply put, this was the best customer service I've ever experience from ANY company/business. These men were so genuine and kind - I could rave forever!

Last time when I had a problem with my car I needed to wait for AAA about 4 hours this time they’ve arrived in about 30 minutes but about 10 minutes after me discovering I got a flat run tires on my vehicle 😅🤣… at least I’ve learned something… Yet AAA is great absolutely worth it and they helped me a lot this year when I started having problems with my vehicle!

I had a good experience using AAA. Good communication, on time truck driver and fair price.
