I left a message with the company over the weekend, they promptly called me back Monday morning and were at my house within an hour. Both gentlemen were incredibly friendly and explained what they were working on and what they were doing. They took the time to teach me steps to maintain my unit. They definitely live up to their name as well, being affordable in their services.

Tim is really good in his own business!We bought a new unit from him and were completely satisfied with the installation and performance of the unit.We have also called for service before and he quick to respond and solve our problem at a very reasonable price. You can't go wrong with this guy!A Christian man with integrity!

I've used them several times over the last few years. They always show up when they say they will (a BIG plus for me) and always fix my problem. Charges are reasonable. I highly recommend!

Terrible attitude no emergency number unconcerned about customers had issues with unit after first year and paid another company to repair because of all this! Trailer company chose them not me.
